The house is situated in the core of the district Varel / BĂŒppel.
Better one could say the village lies at the Basic House and related lands around.
8 km, north is the beautiful spa town of Dangast with the legendary Kurhaus. It has for decades been a popular meeting place for artists. The next largest cities are Oldenburg and Wilhelmshaven. Both are easily reached in 20 minutes by car or train.
If you want to move on foot or by bike, so invite nearby forest and bike paths 'doorstep' to a. A pony yard and an outdoor pool are located in the immediate vicinity of the house and can easily be reached by bike or on foot.
In spring you can be enchanted by the sight of the many fruit tree and rhododendron flowers when you open the front door.
The courtyard offers a relaxing stay in summer.
A riding arena, a carp pond and a fire pit belong to the property and can be shared by prior arrangement.

Wir waren mit 7 Personen ein Wochenende zu Gast in Varel. Das Ferienhaus liegt schön idyllisch und sehr ruhig Man kann vom Haus direkt SpaziergĂ€nge in die Natur starten. Der zum Haus gehörende Garten mit LiegestĂŒhlen und Sitzgruppem ist wunderschön. Innen ist das Haus geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung hat schon Vintage Charme, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Saunabenutzung sollte man im Voraus anmelden, dann richtet die Vermieterin alles. Der Platz war großzĂŒgig und alles komplikationslos. Uns hat es super gefallen!

Eine großzĂŒgige Unterkunft, mit vielen Zimmern und einem wunderschönem naturbelassenen Garten! Sauna, Grillplatz- alles vorhanden!Ideale kleine Oase, um ein schönes MĂ€delswochenende zu verbringen.Wir sind mit 6 Frauen mit dem Motorrad angereist und wurden herzlich empfangen! Die Vermieterin ist stets zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit!Wir haben einen Ausflug nach Wilhelmshaven ins Aquarium gemacht und abends am Vareler Hafen sehr schön gegessen!Alles in allem eine eine schöne Unterkunft und sehr zu empfehlen!

Großes, altes Haus mitten im GrĂŒnen

Tolles, großes Haus mit einem traumhaften Garten. Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Feldrand, mitten im GrĂŒnen. Die Zimmer bieten sehr viel Platz, genauso wie die gerĂ€umige KĂŒche. Die Unterkunft könnte hier und da eine Renovierung gebrauchen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.

Ein idealer Ort ums ich mit alten freunden zu treffen und dabei am Grill und am Feuerkorb zu stehen und zu quatschen. Schöne Wanderug nach Varel und zur Bowlingbahn, wo man auch prima essen kann. Ein guter BĂ€cker fĂŒr die FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbrötchen ist in 5 min zufuss zu erreichen.

Wir waren mit 5 Personen fĂŒr 2 NĂ€chte in Varel. Alles in allem ein schönes Objekt, leider war es sehr kalt im Haus; hat eine ganze Weile gedauert, bis es warm wurde. Es roch im Haus auch sehr muffig. Die Betten waren in der ersten Nacht bei allen klamm, was sehr unangenehm war.

Ideal fĂŒr RUhe, Entspannung und Erkunden der Umgebung mit dem Fahrzeug

Ruhig und abgelegen ein idealer Ort, um zu entspannen und fĂŒr die kommenden Tage seines Aufenthalts das Programm in und um Varel zu planen. Mit dem Fahrzeug ist von dort Alles gut zu bewĂ€ltigen, bspw. der Vareler Hafen, die Innenstadt, Jaderberg/Jaderpark, die Wege zum einkaufen usw.! Zu Fuß bietet sich der nahegelegene Hof- und Bioladen nur wenige Meter entfernt an! Gerne ziehen wir wieder die Ferienwohnung in Betracht, wenn wir wieder nach Varel kommen!

Schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr gut gelegen, fĂŒr bei schlechterem Wetter eine StĂ€dtetour zu machen. Hamburg knapp 2 Stunden weg. Was nicht ganz so gut ist, da die StechmĂŒcken immer schlimmer werden, wĂ€ren Fliegengitter vor den TĂŒren und Fenster gerade in den Schlafbereichen und Bad keine schlechte Lösung. Ansonsten sehr nette Gastgeberin und wir wĂŒrden auch wieder dort hin fahren.

Charmantes Haus in idyllischer Lage

Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen fĂŒr ein Wochenende dort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Inhaberin ist sehr nett, das Haus hat einen altmodischen Charme und die Lage ist zauberhaft. Highlight sind die beiden großen Schlafzimmer mit Blick ins GrĂŒne.

Schimmel im Haus

GrundsĂ€tzlich wĂ€re das Haus sehr schön gewesen, zwar altmodisch eingerichtet, aber schön groß und barrierefrei. Wir sind mit 8 Personen und 4 Hunden angereist. Wir hatten genug Platz. Und auch ein Familienmitglied, welches nicht mehr gut zu Fuß ist konnte mit dem Gehwagen problemlos durchs Haus laufen. Leider habe ich allerdings als Asthmatikerin direkt nach 10 Minuten den Schimmel gemerkt. Besonders das grĂ¶ĂŸere Badezimmer war davon sehr betroffen, welches ich ohne Atembeschwerden nicht nutzen konnte. In dem einen Schlafzimmer tummelten sich ganz viele Fliegen, die sich aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit an der Decke wohl fĂŒhlten.. Das Geschirr war staubig und der Feuchtigkeitsgeruch kam auch aus den KĂŒchenschrĂ€nken. Die SpĂŒle Ă€hnelte einem Waschbecken eines HWRs. Das Ablagebrett welches daran anschloss schimmelte ebenfalls. Die Toilette in dem kleineren Badezimmer war kaputt, sodass Wasser aus dem Rohr strömte und das Bad flutete, sobald man die SpĂŒlung betĂ€tigte. Das GrundstĂŒck war schön und ausreichend, leider nur nicht komplett eingezĂ€unt. BezĂŒglich der Umgebung kann man sagen dass man alles in der NĂ€he hat, aber auf ein Auto angewiesen ist.

Einer meiner Söhne nutzt einen Rollator um sich fortzubewegen. Die Wohnung hatte ausreichend Platz, war nicht "zugestellt" und somit hervorragend geeignet. Die Betten waren bequem, die Lage ist ruhig und bei Kleinigkeiten wurde sofort geholfen.

Tolle Umgebung und sehr naturverbunden

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, leider war das Wetter nicht so passend fĂŒr die geplanten AusflĂŒge. Meine Söhne 20 und 21 fanden es Mega, besonders so Oldscool mal ein uraltes Haus von innen zu sehen und mal ein paar Tage darin leben zu dĂŒrfen. Wir haben uns etwas mit der Geschichte befasst, hatten ein paar echt tolle Tage. Mein Hund wollte nicht mit zurĂŒck, die wĂ€re am liebsten dort geblieben. Wer auf Vintage und Oldscool steht ist dort richtig. Das einzige was die Kids vermissten war der Pool, da kam zu unserer Zeit leider genug Wasser von oben und wir konnten nur das Haus mal genießen. Wir fahren gerne wieder hin auch mit Hund im GepĂ€ck

Nordsee vom Feinsten

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Lage im GrĂŒnen. Grosse und hĂŒbsch eingerichtete Zimmer und ne tolle LandhauskĂŒche mit einem riesengrossen Tisch wo man ausgiebig mit vielen Menschen Essen kann. Der BĂ€cker ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Draussen sind LiegestĂŒhle, eine HĂ€ngematte, Grill und eine grosse RasenflĂ€che. Alles was man zur Erholung brauch.
