Large villa with a magnificent swimming pool as a true oasis of tranquility not far from Clermon-l'Hérault.



In four bedrooms and the coziness of the house, everyone will find enough space to unfold. The hinterland of Hérault offers many natural and cultural attractions, such as the Cirque de Mourèze, Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert and the beautiful Salagou Lake, which is ideal for picnics. Above all, don't miss the wine festival Les Estivales de Pézenas, which takes place regularly during the summer months. Explore the Grotte des Demoiselles or the Grotte de Clamouse and take advantage of the magnificent beaches on the Mediterranean Sea. For the way back from the sea, 40 km away, you can plan a shopping trip in Montpellier. The water supplied to the house is spring water and therefore not drinkable.

Beautiful views and private location.

The property had everything you needed, from kitchen utensils to floats for the swimming pool. We had a great time in this secluded and quiet area as a family and would definitely recommend to others.
