This beautiful home offers four bedrooms including 2 kings, one queen, and two twin beds. On first level, there are two bedrooms (twins and double), one full bath and laundry facilities. The middle level offers a huge kitchen with island opening to dining area and family room with fireplace and HD 4K television. Attached covered deck is perfect for al fresco dining with view of the ocean! The third level has two separate suites (king beds in both), each with attached full bath. Master suite opens to a sun deck with views of the beach and ocean. There is a second flat screen TV in the Master.

You can watch the sun rise over the ocean from the third floor Master bedroom and deck. The master bath features a jetted tub, steam shower, double vanity and walk-in closet. For the summer season, this home is offered for weekly rentals.

The kitchen is well equipped with smooth top downdraft range/oven, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig as well as a drip coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, etc. We also have four bikes and a Weber gas grill for our guests' use. The house has several beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a couple of carts to take it all to the beach with ease. There is a second refrigerator with ice maker in the garage for beverages and extra food. It makes it easy when filling up the cooler for a day at the beach!

Family get away

This house was perfect for my family of 5 (plus spouses). We were able to spread out across 3 levels. The elevator was a nice added touch for lugging bags up to the third floor. Location was excellent.

Wedding weekend

The house was so suitable to our family’s needs. We came for a wedding! We got to go to the beach in the morning with the use of the beach wagon and chairs provided by the owners! House is comfortable and lovely! We had a great weekend!

Great location. But small lots and hard to get ocean views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with two exceptions: plumbing may need redoing - clanky pipes, slow to get hot water for showers, and low water pressure if running washing machine; and, coffeemaker had old, moldy and very smelly used grounds left in it. My daughterspent about an hour cleaning the coffeemaker with vinegar and soap and water. Beds very comfortable, porches much appreciated, as was the fireplace. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house with us!

In a lovely area with lots of room to spread out!

Family 2-61 stayed. We had a lovely time! Walking distance to the beach. It was quick and easy. No busy streets to cross. A very large space to spread out and enjoy each others company. Thank you!!

Weekend Getaway for Air Show

Our family had a great time at the house. It is well appointed with everything you could want during your stay. It is also conveniently located with great beach access away from the heavily commercialized part of Virginia Beach.

As good as it gets

We have had a week of summer vacation with family and friends at Virginia Beach for 8 years now. We have stayed at three different properties -- at this location the last four years. It is -- in our opinion -- the best overall. It sleeps 8 very comfortably. It is approved for 10 -- but I would only recommend that number for a night or two. There is a covered deck with a full size dining table -- we ate _every_ meal there -- it was simply delightful. The design (layout) of the house is exceptionally comfortable and efficient. The kitchen is well equipped and the garage has a full complement of beach materials and bikes. The house is located on a quiet side street, with a short walk to the beach. It is not "on" the beach if that is critical to you.. The owner maintains the house very well and is responsive if there are problems. In our four summers, we have not had any that were more than inconveniences.

Visit for family wedding

Well located property near the beach, but was disappointed with a few things: After a cross country flight, we found no soap or shampoo in the bathrooms; at this price I was expecting this basic supply; silk plants were covered with dust, carpets were dirty, bed pillows were soiled and need replacing.

Location and space are amazing!!!

We have rented this home approximately 20plus times over the years. It is fantastic. So close to First Landing Park, brief walk to beach and easy bike ride to the boardwalk. The morning sunrises are priceless from the top deck!

Great home in Virginia Beach

This was our second stay at this lovely home, both times to celebrate Christmas with our grown children and their spouses. The kitchen was perfect to fix Christmas dinner for our extended family, including my 93 year old father. The elevator in this hou was crucial in getting my father from the ground floor up to the second floor where the main living area is. I also have mobility issues and used the elevator multiple times a day to get to the bedrooms on the 3rd floor. Monica, the owner, couldn’t have been more accommodating to make our stay perfect in this wonderful house.

A cozy Thanksgiving

Stayed in your lovely home for our families Thanksgiving holiday. The weather was on the chilly side so we all enjoyed gathering around the great fireplace! Your kitchen was fully equipped for all our needs, specially with all the cooking we were doing . The oven I have to say was a little tricky at times, but it all worked out. You may want to check the hot water source in the second upstairs bedroom, there was no hot water in the shower. I would recommend your home to anyone, it certainly made our stay to Virginia all that more special. Monica , you were a pleasure to work with , thank you so much .

Oceanside vs. Landside is a big deal at the North End of Virginia beach. Atlantic Avenue is four lanes and if your property is landside, you must cross it. Our property is Oceanside!

What makes this property unique

Quick walk to the beach, can get most places by bike or walking. Peaceful retreat with gorgeous ocean views. We have four bikes at the house for your use while there. Riding down oceanfront avenue to the boardwalk is one of my favorite things to do. Seashore state park is just a few blocks away on 64th and that is another favorite place to walk, run or bike.
