Functionally furnished apartments (CKO602-609) in a house on terraced grounds. They are located in the small village of Sv. Petar next to Moscenicka Draga and near Opatija. Each apartment has a common terrace as well as a private one with sea view. On the first level, where there is also access to the parking lot, there are CKO603, 602, 604, 609. The terrace of CKO609 is on the level below, where there are also apartments CKO 605,606,607,608. In the enclosed and lovingly decorated garden, with an imposing olive tree at the entrance, there is a common swimming pool and a barbecue. Moscenicka Draga has beautiful beaches and nearby you can find a dog beach, hiking trails and a promenade by the sea.

Unglaublich schöner Ort, wir brauchten 15 min zum Meer zu Fuß. Zurück auch, nur der Berg war anstrengend aber total okey. Das Apartment, ist sehr ausreichend eingerichtet. Nur ein paar Sachen können neu kommen. Aber wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Ausblick war eine 10000/10. der Pool war unglaublich schön. Alles war wirklich sehr toll.

Die Fewo war schwer zu finden, es war keine Hausnummer angebracht, Google Maps hat schon ca. 300 m vorher gesagt: Sie haben Ihr Ziel erreicht. Leider war auch kein telefonischer Kontakt möglich, eine nette Nachbarin hat für uns telefoniert und herausgefunden, wo wir hin müssen.Die Wohnung ist in Ordnung, kleinere Mängel waren vorhanden. Der Gasherd hat nicht funktioniert, das wurde aber gleich am nächsten Tag behoben. Man sollte wissen, dass man etwas ab vom Schuss wohnt, zum Strand geht es steil bergab, somit ist der Rückweg etwas anstrengend. Der Pool und der Balkon mit Meerblick sind schön.
