Bright country cottage with spacious living areas, three bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. The terrace and ground floor are accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM), as are the adapted bathrooms and kitchen.

From May to September, guests have access to the indoor heated swimming pool from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.

A lovely west-facing terrace features a pergola, garden furniture, and a sun lounger. There is a large children's play area with a swing and a playhouse.
All shops and services are located in the center of Andouillé, 1.4 km from the cottage.
For leisure activities, the Vélo Francette cycle route, along the Mayenne towpath, is just 2.4 km away.

The city of Laval is well worth exploring: the historic center, the castle housing the Museum of Naïve Art, the Laval Lights festival in December, the marina, and all the theater and music festivals. From Andouillé, visit the charming small towns of Sainte-Suzanne, Parné-sur-Roc, Saulges, and Saint-Pierre-sur-Erve, among others. Secure bike storage and battery charging are available. There is only one 13cm threshold to access the terrace ramp: this applies until the exterior work is finished. Afterward, the entire ground floor is on one level. Kitchen, shower room, toilet, and bedroom with adapted features: space under the sink and stove, grab bars in the toilet and shower, and a shower seat.

In Andouillé: follow signs for the sports hall/stadium and Saint-Germain-d'Anxure. After the sports hall, continue for 400 meters to leave the village; it's the first small road on the left at the place called "Aranjot." The gîte is at the end of the road.
