Outside, the vast garden with swimming pool, bowling alley, trampoline, swing... and the large terrace are an invitation to convivial meals, games and daydreaming under the cedars.
For lovers of nature and walks or mountain bike rides, the cottage is located on the edge of the GR42 and close to many hiking trails. A few minutes away, the hillsides of Saint Joseph offer walks in the middle of the terraced vineyards that overlook the valley and offer you a breathtaking view of the Rhône which winds between Tain and Tournon, in the distance the majestic Vercors and the Alps.
Back at the cottage, the large warm living room and its cosy sofas, its library, its piano and its wood stove await you; it's time to taste a Hermitage or a Saint Joseph and travel in music with a Valrhona grand cru: Guanaja, Caraibe, Abinao...

To relax, the living room and the mezzanine offer comfortable, warm and friendly spaces for young and old. The mezzanine offers a cosy space with a small desk, flat-screen TV, satellite reception with international channels and DVD player.
If you are a wine lover, we have selected for you different regional vintages available in the wine cellar to allow you to discover or rediscover the mythical appellations: Saint Joseph, Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage, Cornas...
The rest area has 8 beds in two bedrooms and the mezzanine offering warm atmospheres and original decoration as well as two bathrooms and two toilets. The blue room is equipped with a double bed and a single bed and the window overlooks the garden and the enclosed courtyard. The small windows of the red room offer you a view of the north of the garden through the rose bushes that filter the light. The first bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a sink and a toilet. The stone wall reminds you that you are in an 18th century house. The second has been fitted out with a spacious bathtub.
The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, faces east to let in the first rays of morning sunshine through the large glazed spaces opening onto the terrace.
