This beautiful modern farmhouse is conveniently located less the 45 minutes from downtown Houston, 45 minutes from IAH, 45 minutes from Kemah, less than an hour from The Woodlands and 1.5 hrs from Galveston, yet still in a quiet country setting less than 20 minutes from Trinity River National Wildlife Refugee and an hr from Big Thicket National Preserve where you can enjoy a hike in nature or go paddling on cooks lake.
