A favorite

This is our 3rd year renting this place for our anniversary stay and we will continue to look for it every year. The location is walkable to breweries and eateries, and very close to central NoDa. It’s always clean and nicely decorated. The bed is so comfortable. Communication with management is great. This place is a little gem.

Convenient and clean.

Stay was great! Very clean apartment and accessible parking in the garage. The host Bridgette was extremely friendly and just like she said. She was a phone call away as I arrived late for my stay and had to contact her for some general questions.

Very nice condo in a good location

The positives: The bed was super comfortable, condo was clean and fairly well equipped. Just as attractive as the photos promised, and Bridgette was very thorough and as communicative as we needed her to be. The brewery and the French bakery next door were great, and it’s so close to downtown and the Fourth Ward, one of our favorite places. We very much enjoyed our time here. The negatives: the cleaning crew seemed to have been in a hurry, counters were wiped but were “smeary.” The kitchen has an air fryer but not a toaster? We really missed having a toaster. Community is very quiet but there are no blackout curtains in the bedroom so the room is not very dark for sleeping. Also, and this was the worst, although it is no reflection on the property manager: When it rains you can hear the water dripping through the downspout off the balcony for hours after the rain stops. In our case, all night long, which made sleeping difficult for me. If you’re a heavy sleeper, like my husband, it’s no big deal. Lucky for me I can get by just fine on 4 hours of sleep. All in all I would give this condo an A-. With the above caveats, would definitely recommend!
