Thank you Melissa, Yes, the trail access is only a few yards away, yet not loud from the cabin, since it is a slow zone. It is great you had plenty to do during your week stay.
This property is one of the best we’ve been to!!! Great outdoor space, clean, well equipped with whatever you need, and the owners are very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend to anyone that wants a no hassle/worry get away. Would be a great place for those with 4 wheelers and snowmobiles. Lots of trails around, including on the property. Will definitely visit again.

Thank you Gary! We appreciate the outstanding review and that you enjoyed the cabin and 34 acres. There is plenty to do for a return visit.
Amazing property and outstanding hosts. Cabin was super clean, had pretty everything we needed including a boot dryer which came in very handy on the rainy weekend of ATV riding. Tricia was super responsive and even brought us a grill for the fire pit (that we couldn't use because of the rain). Access trail to the main DunGood Riders trails is literally feet down the road. A place to get fuel is right off the access trail. They had a rack of books and brochures for stuff to do around the area (again, very handy on a rainy weekend).
We will most definitely be staying again, with luck again in the fall.

About the host
Hosted by Tricia Grebin
We moved to northern Wisconsin in 2004 and absolutely love it up here. Every season has many options for outdoor activities and the locals are so welcoming. Our cabin gives guests an opportunity to make themselves feel like they are home in the northwoods.
Why they chose this property
This authentic log cabin has a great private location yet less than a mile from Dunbar with legal access to ATV/snowmobile trails a few yards from the driveway. You can also enjoy the private trails on site that lead you to a pond and a creek crossing. The home is fully equipped to host family gatherings inside or outside on the decks. Outdoor games, baseball bases for kickball in the backyard, bikes, sleds, fishing poles.....try something new! Bonfire pit with ingredients for S'mores or popcorn over the fire. Comfortable furniture inside and outside to rest and enjoy some board games or stream your favorite shows. The cabin is just a happy, quiet, and cozy place to call home. Try your hand at gardening and eating farm-to-table. A variety of fruits, vegetables and herbs grow on the property.... please know your plants before you eat. Backup electric generator in case outages occur.
What makes this property unique
Blacktop roads to the circle driveway with plenty of space for parking and turning around.... no need to back up that trailer. Lots of area to park and unload.
