This house welcomes you with a warm atmosphere in which natural tones, stone accents and soft light create a pleasant feeling of cosiness. Spend relaxing hours here chatting, listening to music or immersing yourself in a good book. The open-plan dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals or fun game nights.



Step outside first thing in the morning and start the day with a dip in the pool. Then relax on the sun lounger with a cool drink or take a nap in the shade of the trees in the afternoon. There is a swing for the little ones, where they can swing to their heart's content in the sky.

You can take a leisurely stroll along the palm-fringed promenade, enjoy an ice cream or let your gaze wander over the sea and the offshore islands. Numerous boat tours also depart from Marina Dalmacija, allowing you to discover bays, islands and the beauty of the Dalmatian coast from the water. End the day in one of the local taverns and enjoy fresh fish, seafood and Dalmatian specialities.

Das Haus ist wirklich schön! Wir haben uns 2 Wochen wohl gefühlt.Der Parkplatz ist für 2 Autos zu klein, aber 30m weiter kann man gut Parken! Da es 3 stöckig ist wohnt die Vermieterin (mit eigenem Eingang) auch im, was nicht stört nur kann es am Abend etwas hellhörig werden! Alles in allem war es schön!

Der Pool ist sauber und wird regelmäßig gereinigt.Die Lage ist wie beschrieben zentral im Ort und durch einen kurzen Weg erreicht man in ca. 300 m Luftlinie das Mittelmeer.Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung könnte aber im Detail besser sein.Die Vermieter wohnen in der Wohnung über dem Objekt. Das ist leider manchmal etwas hellhörig.

Lovely apartment, very clean, would recommend

Nice apartment, spotlessly clean and everything seemed to be new. Plenty big enough for 2 couples and well equipped. Nice outside area with a small pool and BBQ which we used. The family that owned it were lovely and let us stay a bit longer on check out day. Could have done with an instruction manual as we couldn't work out how to use the blinds and accidentally turned the hot water off at one point and took and minute to work out how to get it back on! Did mention this to the owner so hopefully they will add this. Good location, walking distance to Bibinje and the sea. Would recommend hiring a car as 15 minute drive to Zadar and we found it useful for sightseeing. Only downside was that you don't get exclusive use as the advert suggests. You have the top floor and the owners are below and use the outside areas. This didn't matter for us but if you were staying up late outside then could be an issue. All in all a lovely place and worth the money!
