Our stay was very nice. The host was in communication whenever we had questions and provided all the information we needed. The room had everything we needed. As other reviews mentioned, the furniture was a bit old and worn, but nothing that ruined our stay. The location is great. It is far away enough from the busy boardwalk to be quiet, but close enough to restaurants and places to go if you want to walk.

Condo is a very good size and the layout is ideal. Staff at the property are literally the nicest people ever! Condo does need some updating with new carpet and furniture but is a very good value for location and ocean view!

Wonderful place for our spring break trip. Grear location to the beach and eatery places within walking distance from location. Parking was very easy, unloading and loading was easy as well, very clean resort and room. Definitely coming back here next year!

Dust was an inch thick on everything! Carpet not clean. Cookware, what 1-2 pans they had were so thin you couldn't cook with them. Sliding door off living room was ridiculously hard to open. Morning showers were cold water only for all 4 of us. Never would heat up. Night showers would scald you! King size bed was lumpy. Sorely disappointed. Last year we stayed in very same unit and it was wonderful. I don't know what happened between then and now but it has changed drastically.

Unbelievable stay! This property provided a perfect unobstructed view of the ocean which was exactly what we were looking for in our beach vacation. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. Communication with our host Julie was exceptional and she always answered our questions before our stay and during our stay. We will be saving this location for our next trip and booking here again. 10/10 amazing!

The condo was dated and had significant deferred maintenance. The carpet was dirty. The walls were dirty and scuffed. The furniture was dirty and had cigarette burns. Overall the condo was not worth the money.

Living room furniture outdated, worn and so dirty I would not sit on any of it.No hot water for 3 days. Took the building engineer to figure it out. We had toturn on the hall bathroom tub and sink, then the master tub and sink and thenthe kitchen faucet. In that order. We had to do this every time we wanted to takea shower or wash dishes.Kitchen faucet would not completely turn off. Big Fist Rentals maintenancecame 3 days in a row and could not fix it.Lots of light bulbs out when we got there, one lamp had the bulb socket completelyout of it. I could have gotten shocked reaching under the shade to turn it on.Found a bag of open gummy bears between my bed and the nightstand.Oven racks and door filthy. Had one pizza pan, filthy. No cookie sheets, just one pizza pan. Burnt skillet.Living room patio door extremely hard to open. One bedroom patio door would not lock, the other would not unlock.Chandlier light over dining room table blinking as fast as a Christmas tree.Walls and baseboards could use some paint/cleaning.Some electric outlets would not work.Shower rod came loose from the wall in the hall bathroom.I sent all of this to Julie at Big Fish Rentals on Tuesday, along with pictures to back everything up. I requested a refund. I have not heard back from her.Would you want to stay there?

Only complaint was a dead roach in hall closet when we arrived, other than that everything was perfect! Great accommodations and view. Wasn't thrilled with the parking garage being a street over from the condo because of foot issues but that's not the owner's fault. Definitely would come back here.
