Terrible is an understatement.

We came to this property to have a chill vacation in Tampa. We looked forward to staying at this property and was disappointed when we got there. There was rat feces all over the property from the floor to all over the kitchen counter. The property was infested with rats and there was a rat hole. There were several mouses running around the property and in the kitchen cabinets. Worst experience. Lack of cleanliness, especially when covid cases are still rising. Don’t recommend.

Great stay! Very clean!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and comfortable. Property manager was reachable and responded quickly. This apartment is located near everything in Tampa and was only 10 mins from the airport. Would book here again! Thank you Erick!

Thank you! The clothes washer and dryer was too small and took too long to be worthwhile, but other than that all good in the neighborhood!

Great stay!

Me and a friend came for the 2022 Outback bowl from Arkansas it was very easy to check in! the host accommodated our early check in.. good parking very centrally located to all kinds of things to do!

Great stay

The property is nice and clean, very close to a main street where you can find several supermarkets and restaurants. The bedrooms are big and the beds are comfortable. The only thing I would improve is the pots and pans to cook. I did not use them because I always carry my favorite pan but if you plan to cook a lot then a newer set would be perfect.
