Covered dock & fishing pier, with guest boat slip. Over 300’ of water frontage, gentle sloping cove. Water is less than 50' from the house. Public boat ramp 3 miles away. 15 mns to downtown Wedowee.

House is in a very peaceful and quiet area. Gentle slope from the house to the water. Wide cove (Bradley Cove) offers beautiful view. Gradual lake slope and secluded cove make this location a safer environment for children.
