The cottage accommodates up to six guests, with two queen-size beds in the bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Unique, one-of-a-kind amenities of Ocean Village include a private beach on the renowned isle of South Hutchinson Island in Florida, guard-gated entry, roaming security, full-service restaurant, bar, and poolside bar/dining area, three pools, golf courses, tennis courts, fitness center, library, clubhouse, bocce ball, shuffle board and so much more. Why they chose this property

The Ocean Cottage is a wonderful place to get away from it all. It has an incredible way of making you feel disconnected so you can rebalance and recharge. There's a saying that says "sometimes you find yourself in the middle of nowhere, and sometimes, in the middle of nowhere, you find yourself." Disconnection is today's overly-connected world is a hard thing to accomplish, but The Ocean Cottage makes it easy.

What makes this property unique

Very few vacation rentals in the area give you the ability to have so many top-quality amenities and have access to a private beach right on the Ocean. What's even better, is there is rarely a need to leave the Village. There is an incredible restaurant on-site called The Island Beach Bar and Grill. It's where everyone in the Village goes to grab a bite and a drink, and there is nothing more relaxing than enjoying good eats, good drink, and good company with the Ocean as your backdrop. It's pure paradise!
