Welcoming gite

I would highly recommend this gite. Very comfortable with the most wonderful view, extremely clean with a well equipped kitchen. Sabrina was a great host, making sure we were happy. Sabrina has put much effort into decorating tastefully which just makes the stay all the more pleasant. I so appreciate such effort and talent. The area is stunningly beautiful. Great restaurants and bars. Also several Michelin restaurants, of which we sampled two. 5 star stay!

Disappointing

We did not stay at the property as we had to return to England the previous week due to my Father's death. I did email the Owner, but did not receive any acknowledgement of any kind from the Owner or any refund. Very disappointing. The star ratings I have had to give are inappropriate as I did not stay. The website does not allow me to leave them blank.

Eigentlich ein schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage...aber

Schöner, großer Garten mit Blick auf das Meer (ca. 3 Km entfernt); allerdings ist kaum Schatten verfügbar, ein älterer Sonnenschirm kippt beim geringsten Luftbewegung um. Bei unserer Ankunft waren Außenanlagen/-geräte (Grill, Stühle, etc.) unsauber; am Eingang stand eine schwarze Plastikkiste in der sich Abfälle befanden (wurde dann alles zeitnahe entfernt / korrigiert). In dem ordentlich ausgerüsteten Ferienhaus ist ein leicht muffiger Geruch vorhanden und insbesondere aus Schränken (z.B. Küchen-Unterschrank für Gasflasche) riecht es modrig. Insgesamt ist bezüglich Sauberkeit zu sagen, dass die Fronten und leicht erreichbaren Stellen im Haus hinreichend sauber waren, schwer zugängliche oder etwas versteckte Stellen, wie etwas im Badezimmer hinter dem Waschtisch waren dagegen deutlich sichtbar altverschmutzt. Im Bad waren viele Spinnweben, das Haus ist vor unserer Ankunft offensichtlich nicht gereinigt/inspiziert worden. Die Fenster waren nicht geputzt und auch die inneren Fensterrahmen/-bänke waren z.T. altverschmutzt. Bei Ankunft eröffnete uns die Vermieterin, dass die Benutzung des Jacuzzi 80 € pro Woche extra kosten soll; davon ist in der Beschreibung auf der FeWo-Direkt-Plattform aber nicht die Rede. Wir erachten das als unlauter. Weiter ist in der FeWo-Direkt Beschreibung von einem Reinigungs-Service die Rede, der aber vor Ort nicht bestellt werden konnte resp. gar nicht angeboten wurde. Anzumerken ist, dass die Vermieterin nach 2 Tagen mittels Bepflanzung der Rabatten vor dem Haus mit Blumen bemüht war, uns den Aufenthalt schöner zu gestalten. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unbefriedigend. Direkt nach Buchung am 15.05.2022 habe ich eine nette Nachricht (über die FeWo-Direkt Nachricht) an die Vermieterin geschickt, die unbeantwortet blieb. Auch nach Bezahlung des vollständigen Preises am 01.06.2022 habe ich nochmals eine Nachricht geschickt, mit der Bitte uns zu sagen, ob das Geld erhalten wurde auch hier keine Rückmeldung. 3 Tage vor Beginn der Mietzeit haben wir öfter versucht, die Vermieterin über FeWo-Direkt Nachricht und über Telefon (=Nachricht auf Mailbox) zu erreichen, um die Check-In Information zu bekommen (da diese nicht auf FeWo-Direkt verfügbar war), aber ohne Erfolg. Erst nachdem wir uns an den FeWo-Direkt Kundenservice gewendet haben, kam dann der Kontakt zustande und die Check-In Information wurde korrekt zur Verfügung gestellt.

Belle location, beaux volumes et immense jardin sans vis à vis.

Belle location avec de beaux volumes, jardin immense et super extérieur pour manger. Le plus, accès à un jacuzzi Bien placé pour découvrir Brest, Rennes, Ouessant et Molène. Les plages sont super accessibles en voiture ou vélos. Très bonne réactivité des propriétaires à nos demandes.

Bretagne-Haus

Wir haben den Urlaub in Plouarzel genossen. Besonders hat uns die Ausstattung der Küche gefallen, da eine Gastronomie in unmittelbarer Nähe das Hauses wenig vorhanden war. Die Kinder konnten im großen Garten gut spielen. Die Gastgeber waren in jede Frage hilfsbereit.

Très joli gîte et très bien placé

Le gîte est très agréable et très lumineux avec des ouvertures à l'Ouest et à l'Est. Il est très bien placé pour visiter le Finistère Nord. Sabrina nous a accueilli chaleureusement et a été de très bon conseil pour les bonnes adresses. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
