Le Studio des Moulins in the heart of town

A peaceful retreat in the heart of the medieval town of Cusset, just a short distance from Vichy, a spa town recognised by UNESCO for its world-renowned architectural heritage.

We will do everything we can to ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

A 30-square-meter independent studio located on the ground floor of our family home, a former 19th-century mill in the heart of the historic district of the medieval town of Cusset in the Allier department.

Opened in 2020, this bright and cosy apartment features a main room with a sleeping area, a kitchenette, and a workspace, as well as a small, functional bathroom.

Guests will have access to the entire studio, the laundry room located on their landing and shared with the family, as well as the common areas.

When we are on-site, we will be happy to assist our guests if they need anything, while ensuring complete discretion.

Formerly the capital of the Bourbonnais region, Cusset was a bustling centre during the Middle Ages. Although it was gradually overshadowed by the growing popularity of the spa industry in its notable neighbour, Vichy, Cusset has nonetheless managed to focus on and develop its own industry. The result is a diverse town with a thousand faces that is sure to charm you.

Located in city centre Cusset, the studio is close to the area’s main bus routes, which can take you to the train station in less than 10 minutes. A ViVélo bike parking area (bike rental kiosk) is located less than 100 metres away, allowing you to explore the metropolitan area via bike paths. There are numerous free parking spaces 50 metres from the house.
