About this property

Large apartment with raised garden in the heart of Burgundy

Welcome to our former coaching inn, built in the 18th century, located in the charming town of Montcenis. It features a rustic yet deliberately uncluttered style, with exposed beams and stonework, parquet flooring in the bedroom, and decorative fireplaces. The living room includes a piano. In warmer weather, access our raised garden from the living room. Nearby tourist activities and hiking trails are also available. The accommodation is on the ground floor, and we live on the third floor with a separate entrance, so you will be completely independent. This self-contained accommodation is ideal for business trips or holidays as a couple/family, and consists of: - bedroom: 1 double bed + 2 single beds, - living room/kitchenette: 1 sofa bed + 1 double bed, - shower room with toilet, sink, and towel warmer. Very spacious (over 80m2). PGJyPg PGJyPg Bakery/butcher/supermarket/pharmacy/tobacco shop/newsagent/post office within walking distance. PGJyPg PGJyPg Easy parking in front of the house (all vehicles). PGJyPg PGJyPg Self-check-in possible. PGJyPg PGJyPg Note: No TV.
