Come enjoy your private villa in horse country. This adorable 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment has a large bedroom with a queen bed, and a comfortable sofa in the living room that folds out to a queen bed. Full kitchen with stove, full size refrigerator and cookware. Located on a 5.6 acre farm, attached to a shared residence but with all separate living space and entrance. Beautiful, quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic noise. 15 min to The Villages, 10 mins to the Florida Horse Park, 30 mins to World Equestrian Center , 40 mins to HITS.

Peaceful and Convenient location

This was a quiet, peaceful place for us to stay and very convenient to the Villages amenities. The hosts were very friendly and we had everything we needed. It is also a very good choice for budget. How nice not to have to deal with all the negatives of a hotel!

I really enjoyed it. Country setting, quiet, Peaceful. Worth a lot more than I paid. It won’t be perfect for everyone but it was for me.
