Villa " Les fougères " Bois de Cise

A pretty residence from the beginning of the twentieth century, in the heart of the Bois de Cise, a site classified as "picturesque" housing many houses from the Belle Epoque, the villa "Les fougères" is documented on the website of the Ministry of Culture.

Located on the road of the old oak, which leads to a small rocky beach 800 meters through the woods, a restaurant with a magnificent view from the cliff offers a "tea room" service during the day.

A small garden in front and spaces for cars are available on the side of the house.

The building is on three levels, comprising:

- on the first floor: A kitchen/dining room with a lounge area,

- on the first floor: a bedroom (double bed) and a living room Home Cinema: 190 cm Dolby Atmos TV, PlayStation 5 with various DVD games and movies, Prime, Netflix and Canal + with MyCanal (free video-on-demand service)

- on the second floor: two small bedrooms (two single bunk beds and a double bed) and a bathroom with bathtub.

The towns of Le Tréport/Mers les bains are a few minutes away by car for recreational activities (Beach, Casino, Cinemas, fish market...). A hypermarket is available at the entrance to Mers (4 km).

The house is perfectly equipped: two toilets, washing machine and dryer in a laundry room, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, two ovens on a ceramic hob, microwave, and a pellet stove for optimal thermal comfort.

Equipment for infants is also available free of charge: cot, barrier for the removable stairs...

Cleaning is carried out by us every week for a fixed price, unless otherwise specified by the occupant (fees will be applied if cleaning is not properly carried out).

Complete stay kit on request when booking. : towels and set of bath products, disposable slippers, sheets.

It should be noted that the site is particularly quiet and relaxing and that discretion will be requested from tenants during their stay. Pets are welcome.

Arrivals are on Saturdays.
