Malinska. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot of 800 sqm with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord only lives in the house part-time but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Bathroom (5 sqm, unheated) with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Separate WC (3 sqm, unheated) with 1 washbasin and WC.
