Convenient and safe location

Spacious home in safe location with quick access to Memphis. The massage chair was a huge hit with several members of our family.

Stay was good but a lot of little things

Clean and comfortable but several little annoyances. Hot water not quite hot. No towel hooks in the bathroom. Bedroom fan randomly turned on and off. May be an electrical issue which made me nervous. Coffee cups were tiny. I probably wouldn’t complain about that if I’d had a hot shower in the morning. Garage door opener was particular in how you held it to open the door. We had to run around to the front to get in one time as it just wouldn’t work

Great Stay on Mud Island

We had a great stay at this property. It was as advertised and everyone loved the massage chair! We had a small issue at check-in, but the owner acted fast to resolve, which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again if we are in the Memphis area.

Great Memphis getaway

Clean and comfortable home in a great location — close enough to be 10 mins from everything but far enough for quiet and riverside beauty. We really enjoyed our week in the house.

Delightful Memphis Vacation

We really enjoyed our time at this rental. It was quiet at night and situated in a very safe neighborhood. I would highly recommend this home for your Memphis visit. So very close to downtown and all the attractions we wanted to get to.

Great host

Host had great communication and was very accommodating and responsive which we greatly appreciated. Small thing but so nice to have a pack n play and booster seat available when traveling with a toddler. Kitchen was well-equipped and everything was as expected. The second floor did have some difficulty cooling (we managed and did not raise this as an issue, just noting the system could probably use a checkup as the temps increase). Overall good experience and great host.

Memphis Magic

Came in from Florida and had a great time. The only item was the thermostat for the bottom and second floor. Never could get one area warm (and it was cold). Manager helped with it as best he could with instructions, but it seems to be out of sync even after following instructions for both units.

Cute house and neighborhood!

The house was wonderful. It was just as described in the the listing. Very clean, roomy and had everything we needed. It was decorated nicely and in a nice neighborhood. The location was great and a short ride to downtown. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Great for a girls trip!!!

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful neighborhood, safe and friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we return to Memphis!!! Property was perfect with lots of space. Great neighborhood, close to downtown, perfect for walking and running. Loved it!!

Fantastic house on Mud Island

The house is in a great location on Mud Island close to downtown Memphis. There is plenty of space and there are even two tables. The massage chair was a big hit too!
