After a day on the beach you'll appreciate the built in drop zone just inside the front door. Its the perfect place to store your flip flops and beach bags. The kitchen is state of the art! The island features navy ship lap and comfortable bar stool seating for 4. Additional highlights include new stainless appliances, 12 cup coffee percolator and Nutri Bullet blender. Bring your favorite recipes. Custom subway tile and cabinetry will help you feel right at home.
The living room area features a vaulted ceiling, queen sleeper sofa and 65" HDTV. Sliding doors provide abundant natural light and lead to the expansive outdoor deck area overlooking the 18th hole of Ocean Winds golf course. You will be amazed by the spectacular views spread out before you that highlight the natural beauty of Seabrook Island.
The master suite is on the left side of the villa with vaulted ceiling, transom lighting, ceiling fan and king bed. There is a desk for those who have to work from home while on their island getaway. The updated en suite bath continues the soothing shades of blue and white. There is a single sink vanity and walk in porcelain tiled shower and hair dryer. Enjoy your favorite shows on the 55" wall mounted HDTV. Sliding doors access the deck and the al fresco dining area - take advantage of the relaxing sound of the waves and cool ocean breezes. The guest bedroom is on the opposite side of the villa and features vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan and queen bed. This bedroom also has an updated en suite bathroom with walk in porcelain tiled shower and hair dryer. Relax at the end of a long day with the 55" wall mounted HDTV. Another set of sliding doors access the deck seating area on this side of the villa. A full sized stacked washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.
Take your favorite beverage or snack outside to the table and dine while watching the golfers come down the beautiful 18th fairway of Ocean Winds Golf Course. **NEW- As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Coastal Getaways is including 2 passes per property at no charge to guests.
Additional gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Remember – 2 passes are included in your rent. We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass. Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Check in process was terrible as access to dining and gate pass to restauraunt wasn't available despite registration being completed. The amenity card team did nothing to compensate our lack of dining and beverage on the first day. There isn't amenity access included if the amenities can't be accessed!Golf course maintenence started before 7 a.m. with leaf blowers and active carts loudly audible directly under the bedroom window every morning, including weekends. This coastal oasis is more aptly a coastal nightmare and the lack of attention to customer needs was shocking. Seabrook Island and VRBO should be cited for false advertising and duly watched by legislation regarding these claims and the lack of what was delivered as a sold product with little return based on the sales description.

It sounds like you had issues setting up the Amenity access- next time be sure to set it up well in advance of your stay so that the Amenity Office can make sure you have completed the process properly prior to arrival. Landscaping and maintenance starts at 7 am on the island, as is permitted. Sorry to hear you weren't happy with your stay.

Condo was across the street from the beach and pool - could walk there in 2 minutes. The residence was clean and stocked with cleaning supplies. Great for my children to come to and from the beach. Will be back!
Great place, updated and very nice. Location was great across the street from the pool and beach. Really enjoyed our stay other than the really hot weather. But expected and not surprised.

I booked a last minute (2 days before) stay and can’t say enough about how impressed I was with the management company (Coastal) in quickly getting us the gate pass information, amenity information, and letting us know the property was ready early with the entry code. The property itself is also in like new condition with a great modern coastal feel overlooking the golf course and right across the street from the beach. Parking was easy right outside the staircase and was a great location to both get to the beach and to the clubhouse for a tee time. Thanks for a great stay!

Condo exceeded our expectations. It is clean and freshly remodeled. The beds are comfortable. The style is my own so I felt at home. The outdoor space was nicely maintained and clean. I really enjoyed the view of the golf course and having meals el fresco. I share the owners love for coffee so I appreciated all the gadgets for making a good cup! Close to beach club, swimming pools and beach.

1. Overall- property was clean but could have been cleaner. Dishes stacked on open kitchen shelves were dusty/greasy and had to be run thru dishwasher prior to use. Floors should have been more thoroughly vacuumed throughout. All appliances were clean and worked well.Bathrooms were immaculate and the washer/dryer in the apartment offered convenient way to have clean fresh towels.2. Ceiling fan in master bedroom didn't work. We contacted property manager who never followed-up. I was able to make the repair.3. Early evening of 2nd night the HVAC system stopped working. Issue was promptly reported to property manager who did not jump on resolution. We spent the better part of third day waiting for the repair. Vacationing in a warm South Carolina apartment is not desirable - we left the property for accommodation at a nearby hotel.
