About this property

Zugspitze Alm holiday apartment with a dream view

The studio apartment is located on the 1st Upper floor of the Farchanter Alm and consists of living room / bedroom with kitchenette, hallway, bathroom and balcony, from which you can enjoy the fantastic view of the mountains.
The apartment has been completely renovated and is equipped with a light laminate floor.
The modern kitchenette has a dishwasher, an oven and 4 hotplates. There is also a dining table in the apartment.
The practical fold-away bed (2 beds of 1m x 2m), designed in Bavarian wood look, can be folded up and down in a few simple steps and thus offers enough space for the cozy seating area during the day. There is also a sofa bed available (1.40mx 1.90m).

The brightly tiled daylight bathroom is equipped with a large shower and modern bathroom furniture.
The large all-round south-east balcony offers a wonderful view of the entire Zugspitze massif.

There is a well-kept indoor swimming pool and a sauna available.

Right behind the house there are beautiful walking and hiking trails, as well as a ski lift and a public outdoor swimming pool. The famous philosopher's path starts behind the mountain pasture and leads you to Garmisch.
Shops for daily needs can be reached in a few minutes. There is a very tasty pizzeria right in the house on the ground floor.
Garmisch-Partenkirchen with all shopping, sport and cultural offers is about 5 km away.

Various golf courses with 9 and 18 holes are nearby, the closest one is in Burgrain about 3 km away.

A parking space is in front of the house.

Farchant train station can be reached in 11 minutes on foot (850m). From there you can take the train directly to Garmisch or Munich.

Wireless LAN is available in the apartment.

Eckzimmer mit 2 Fenstern und Blick auf die Berge. Traumhaft. Etwas störend die Schrankbetten, die ein wenig den Raum verbauen. Man klappt sie ja doch nicht ein. Wunderbare Sofaecke, sehr gut ausgestattete Sitzecke und großer Eckbalkon. Alles perfekt!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann von der Wohnung aus innerhalb kurzer Zeit alle wichtigen Ausflugsziele erreichen. Der Walderlebnispfad in unmittelbarer Umgebung eignet sich auch hervorragend für kurze Gassirunden mit dem Hund. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Check-In Vorgang war durch den Schlüsseltresor sehr einfach und schnell.

Allerbeste Lage

Sehr schöne und gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung mit einem fantastischen Ausblick auf das Zugspitzmassiv. Ruhig gelegen, der Ort ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, beste Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür. Apartment, Sauna und Pool sind gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

The Farchanter Alm is located in a unique, quiet location at the foot of the Wank Mountain. The preferred location with a wide view ensures an unobstructed view of the entire Wettersteinmassiv with Alpspitze and Zugspitze .

Nearby there is a ski lift, sledge run , cross country skiing , curling , ice skating , wildlife feeding and sports center . Your environment is a paradise for cyclists and mountain bikers . Approximately 3 km close there are two golf courses with 9 and 18 holes.

Our apartment is cozily decorated in traditional Bavarian style. The high-quality equipment ensures a comfortable living. An Italian restaurant is in the building.

After a day hiking or skiing you can enjoy yourself in the indoor pool ( 27-29 degrees ) and sauna to relax and rest! These facilities are complimentary. Car parking spaces are available in front of the building.

What makes this property unique

The only indoor swimming pool and sauna of a holiday home is situated in the "Farchanter Alm", our apartment house in Farchant .

Unique view of the mountains and pastures . sledge run and small ski lift directly behind the house . A fantastic Italian restaurant " Da Nico " directly in the building .
