Our second stay at the bungalow was just as good as the first. Michelle is so helpful and very responsive, and the house is clean and the location is perfect for visits to UNC and Charlotte. Our dog loved the fenced in yard too! Will definitely stay again.
The bungalow was great! Stayed to move my child into college at UNCC, and the location was perfect, close to the school, shops, and restaurants. In a quiet neighborhood, and very clean, it had everything we needed for the week. Michelle was very attentive, and even helped with a last minute change. Would definitely stay again.
My daughter, her husband and I came for the Nascar race. We had a great time. The bungalo was very clean and comfortable. We hope to sat again next year.
The house was very spacious. The only down fall would be the streets coming into where the house it there were lots of cars parked on both side of the street.
Our trip was to go to Charlotte 4 wide NHRA. The track is 10-15 min away, depending on traffic. There are restaurants close by. The house was clean and has plenty of towels, the kitchen has sufficient cooking supplies. Overall a great place to stay. Thank you
We had to be temporarily out of our house in the Charlotte area. The Bungalow house was perfect for the four of us and small dog. We needed to be in the UNC Charlotte area that week and it was the easiest drive. Plenty of room. Kitchen easy to prepare meals. Michelle was always responsive, helpful, and prompt with answers to any questions. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our family.
Absolutely breathtaking, I celebrated my 50th birthday weekend at the Bungalow. Everything you want to experience in a home. The pictures shown online is exactly what you will see in person. Bungalow clean and cozy and the neighborhood very quiet. My guests and I very pleased and enjoy our stay at the Bungalow. I highly recommend Michelle’s property to anyone who’s looking for a quite area.
Thank you, Michelle!!!
Sincerely,
Richardean

Thank you for trusting us to host you for your birthday, Richardean. Please come back and see us again!
Michelle was a wonderful host and communication with her was very good. The property was clean and ready for us, and she allowed us to check in an hour earlier than regular check in, which was much appreciated.I feel like our stay, of 13 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday, was a lot longer than the typical stay at the Bungalow. We found that the kitchen was not outfitted as well as we would have liked, especially as we were trying to pitch in with Thanksgiving food prep. There were enough basic pots and pans, but no bakeware, no large mixing bowls, few small utensils and no hand mixer. If we were there on a shorter stay, or not trying to cook for Thanksgiving, the kitchen would have been fine.We also found the lighting in the living room somewhat dim, and ended up moving a floor lamp from one of the bedrooms to compensate. The beds were all very comfortable and the bathrooms and showers excellent! Overall, we had a great stay. My dog and I enjoyed the back yard and the neighborhood was very walkable and the neighbors friendly.Paul HaggettMassena, NY
A close cousin got married at The Alexander Homestead and my Grandson was a ring bearer. I wanted a place where My husband 18 year old son and I would be comfortable but also my son daughter in law and grandson would be able to relax between events. It was just the right size, had everything we needed and was close to Target!
My girlfriends and I rented The Bungalow for a girls trip to Charlotte. The house was perfect! Clean, nice quiet neighborhood, good location. We were going to a concert at PNC Pavilion so this was a perfect spot to call home. Michelle was a fabulous host. I would definitely stay here again.
