WELCOME!Welcome to the practically furnished bungalow with a covered terrace on enclosed 1200 square meter plot in Zinnowitz.   The bungalow is 40 square meters and can accommodate 5 people. Two separate bedrooms with double bed offer enough space for 4 people. The 5. Person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.   The house has a living room with kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. An electric stove with oven is available, as cutlery, plates, cups and a tea towel. In the living room there is also a radio and a TV flat screen with satellite TV.   Garden furniture and barbecue are available.   Parking on the property.   The bathroom is equipped with shower / WC and has a window. Sheets and towels are not included in the rental and must be brought.   Bicycles can be rented locally by price agreement.   The tourist tax is already collected with the booking and therefore no longer has to be paid locally.   Please note when traveling with a dog: there is a tourist tax of € 0.50 per pet / day. Please only dogs up to shoulder height 45 cm and max. two dogs. Please specify the number and size of the dogs when booking. The holiday property is a double bungalow. The second bungalow is used by the landlord temporarily.
