This bright and comfortable duplex apartment is the perfect domicile for a wonderful Baltic Sea holiday with the whole family. The entrance to the apartment is located on the ground floor.   The natural colors of the tasteful furnishing wear in all rooms help to convey a comfortable atmosphere.   The spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette leads directly to the sunny terrace and invites you to breakfast together.   Over solid staircase leads to two separarte bedrooms and bathroom with shower / WC. Another toilet is located on the ground floor.   From both bedrooms you have access to the covered 12m² balcony. Here you can just once let your mind wander. For the little ones, this apartment holds ready a cot (without mattress and bedding) and a high chair. During your stay you streht Free WiFi available. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31. August 2019 a 50% discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the 50% discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).
