It is nice location and in last 3 yrs we stayed at Ridge realty twice ,and every thing close by They all are very nice and attaintive

Lack of decent A/C was a problem but otherwise very nice

Did not know about no good A/C so that was a disappointment but otherwise ver enjoyable

Aloha Suzanne, We are so sorry you had an issue with the AC and we would have known. Often guests will not put the ACs on the right setting so it will not get as cold as it should be. The Acs do work wonderful so they should have kept you nice and cool. We are so sorry about that but so happy you had a wonderful time and we would love to have you back in the future! First time in Hawaii - Great stay

Our experience has been great from the beginning. Unit was clean and spacious with great views of the ocean. Chocolates on arrival were a nice touch and coffee etc was thoughtful. Unit is a 6min walk to the beach and you can go directly through the montage resort. My wife had a excellent experience at the montage spa and it seems like there are a lot of available times if you walk in. The unit was quiet at night and the pool and bbqs were easy to access and well maintained. We were allowed to check out late which allowed us to enjoy the beach on our last day here. Highly recommend staying at tge ridge!
