The cosy living room with wood-burning stove forms the heart of the house and invites long evenings together with a good glass of wine, a game or a film on the smart TV with Chromecast. In addition, there are plenty of books, games and a stereo system available for extra cosiness.



The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook extensively for the whole group. You have, among other things, a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and complete kitchenware. Inside you enjoy long dinners together at the dining table, and outside for real holiday evenings on the terrace. One of the two large terraces is covered and furnished with a comfortable lounge set, so you can sit outside comfortably at any time of day and enjoy the view.



Outside awaits a beautifully landscaped, fully enclosed garden where both children and adults can enjoy themselves to the full. Children can let off steam on the swing, play on the private football pitch with goals or romp endlessly in the garden. The heated private swimming pool provides cooling and enjoyment for young and old during warm summer days.



Also in winter, this is a wonderful place to stay. After an active day in the mountains, you warm up nicely by the wood stove whilst outside the snow transforms the landscape into a true winter decoration. Within a short distance are various ski areas such as Vrchlabí, Špindlerův Mlýn and Janské Lázně, ideal for skiing, snowboarding and winter walks.



The surroundings also offer countless opportunities for outings and adventure throughout the year. Discover the impressive nature of Český ráj National Park with its famous rock formations, hiking trails and castles. For families, Safari Park Dvůr Králové is an absolute must, as is the Dolce beach near Trutnov. Cosy Czech villages, viewpoints, climbing parks and bobsleigh runs are also within easy reach.
