About the host
Hosted by Jason

Moved to Bozeman by luck in 2001 and then dominoes of good luck just lined up. This is my most recent infill development project downtown -- all with the same team: architect, builder, and owner (me). I'm mostly a two-trick pony: mountain biking when the trails are dry and skate skiing when the snow is groomed. I have heaps of local knowledge, though, and can probably point you in the right direction for whatever you are looking for.
Why they chose this property
This location is awesome and unique because it is BOTH right Downtown but also in an old neighborhood with a tree canopy. The actual home is brand new. Walking distance to Midtown, too, which keeps getting more stuff, including most recently The ELM music venue.
What makes this property unique
Walk to all your daily needs. (A car is handy, though, to get to trailheads, the ski hill, the rivers, the reservoir, the mountains . . . )
