Malinska. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm open garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 6 cars) is available on the property.

Air conditioning. There is no heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception is via satellite.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October 4 m x 10.30 m 1.5 m deep).

Bedroom (10 sqm, not heatable) with 1 double bed. Kitchen (3 sqm, walk-through room) with gas stove (4 flames), oven, fridge (300 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom (4 sqm, not heatable) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
