Sperrmüll-Charme für zuviel Geld
Von der beschriebenen Renovierung 2015 haben wir im Appartement nichts bemerkt ... Aber vielleicht haben wir die Schraube auch übersehen :) Für Bewohner die vielleicht Abends aktuelle Nachrichten oder ähnliches im TV sehen wollen wird es eng ... Ein museumsreifer 14" Röhrenfernseher liefert einen schwer ertragbaren Fernsehalptraum ... Die IR-RC war ohne jegliche erkennbare Symbole ... War aber nicht schlimm ... hat eh nicht geklappt.
Das Appartement war durchschnittlich sauber ... Das Bad hatte keine alzu grossen Schimmelecken :) :) Der Ausblick ist super, der Vermieter war sehr nett ... Mensch nimm doch ein paar tausend Euro in die Hand ... Soviel müsste man für einen halbwegs zeitgemäßen Standard garnicht in die Hand nehmen. So kann man wohl zusammenfassen das die Anlage ihren Höhepunkt wohl in den 80ern des letzten Jahrtausend hatte :)
