We had a wonderful trip, spending a month in this home. It was spacious, well appointed and clean. The pool and hot tub was exactly as pictured. We did have an issue early on, and someone was here in 15 mins, spending several hours addressing it, and it was a Sunday!

Florida get away

My family stayed at this house for two weeks. The pool area kept my three children entertained the entire time. It is a great outdoor area. The house was well supplied and had everything we needed during our stay.

Great winter getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sailfish Cove! The pool and pool table got a lot of use as well as the well stocked kitchen and grill. The house was clean and comfortable and the location is convenient for shopping and trips to the beach. Aleksander is a great host and we hope to return in the future!

Great Stay!

Stayed 10 days in April, everything was as advertised. Clean, and everything worked, from cooling to pool operation to BBQ. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again. The only suggestion I would have for the host is to add lighting over the pool for use of the BBQ and poolside table after dark. We especially appreciated that we could control pool temperature, which was important to us.

Wonderful Vacation Property

We loved the house and pool area! It was a fantastic getaway. The house itself was very comfortable and set up perfectly for us to work and enjoy the outdoor space. We loved being less than 5 miles to downtown Delray Beach. Aleksander was an excellent host. We would rent this property again without hesitation.

Great family vacation

The house matched the listing to a tee. We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Close enough to everything we needed. Alexsander was very responsive when we needed anything which was pretty rare and very minor.

Great rentable house.

The house was very nice and the pool area was great. Location ideal. Stores all were nearby. Everything worked and the washer dryer were a plus. TV had Netflix and other channels. Kitchen was fully stocked and clean. Highly recommend.

Great stay

The overall stay was outstanding! The house was spotless I truly couldn't find any dust. All the essentials you needed was provided, we never ran out of anything or needed to buy extra. The host was very responsive, which made us feel he cared about the occupants and not just a out the $. The pool was the center point and I am not usually a pool person, but I actually used the whole time we were there. Quite/pieceful/safe neighborhood. Plenty of parking. Overall excellent, we will certainly be back at this exact spot.

Nice house, quiet area, great restaurants nearby

The house was nice and comfortable for us, outside temperatures got into the high 90’s and even over 100 degrees some days, but the AC in the house kept us cool. We also enjoyed the pool and spa areas. The neighborhood was quiet (except on 4th of July night, of course! - we saw some pretty amazing fireworks displays that other people on the street were setting off) and the neighbors seemed friendly enough during my brief interaction with them. Lots of wonderful places to eat nearby. The owner was very responsive to our questions leading up to and during our stay.

Not bad!

Not a bad spot! The heated pool was amazing, we definitely enjoyed that aspect during our stay when the weather was slightly chillier than usual for FL. The home meets all your basic needs too, although there were no top sheets for the beds so if you enjoy sleeping with more than just a duvet over you then I recommend bringing your own sheets. My husband and I enjoyed being able to work from the home as well, wifi was strong enough for us to be in simultaneous work meetings without losing meeting quality.

Wonderful!!

Wonderful experience!! House is clean, has great amenities and is exactly as shown in the pics!! Best part is the pool, of course! BIG! Saltwater and fully enclosed in screening, which means no bugs, no critters, etc! Pool noodles and intestine available for use. Lots of seating, bar and outdoor TV! Beach chairs for your using. Host provided a great welcome book with lots of suggestions for the area. Beds super comfy, lots of towels, awesome showers! Great location for dining, shopping, beaches and airport. We will most definitely be staying here again!!

Come for the Pool, Stay for the Pool

Overall, we had a magical stay here. I highly recommend it if you are in need of some pool time. The pool area is just fabulous. It's enormous, great for entertaining or reading a book while soaking up some rays. And once that puppy is warmed up...trust you won't want to leave it. Aleksander was a phenomenal host. I've stayed at many vacation rental properties and this guy was hands down the most attentive and quickest host I've ever encountered. Cannot say enough good things about him. To be fair, we did hit a few snags in the week we spent at this property. For instance, the washer/dryer wasn't working initially, we had some issues with the A/C, and we were missing a few cooking utensils for the grill. BUT, none of these issues became too annoying because Aleksander came to the rescue promptly in every instance. He bought a new washer/dryer the very next day, fixed the A/C very quickly and even hand delivered cooking utensils. Did I mention I love this host? I cannot wait to come back to this property for more pool time!

Nice place. Served our needs on short notice.

We snagged this property after Hurricane Ian tore up our planned booking in Cape Coral. Aleksander is the best host I have encountered on VRBO. When I needed something, he was quick to respond. Asked what temp I wanted the pool and when I wanted the spa scheduled to turn on. Inside of house was very clean. We had no complaints about the beds. Instruction binder was clear and simple. Pool area was nice. The lighting out back was cool. Two screens in the back of the back porch was torn on bottom so there were some spiders and small reptiles inside the pool area. It didn’t bother us really at all though. Only complaint I have is exterior windows are in dire need of replacing. Plenty of cracked windows and one where my wife asked if it was a bullet hole. It looked like a rock hit it and cracked like a windshield. I would recommend this place. Thank you Aleksander.
