Outdoor spaces include one on the main floor with a BBQ and fire pit, one a the top floor with a fire pit and view, and one each on the front of the building on the first and second floor. High end Viking appliances, architectural railing, and art are scattered throughout. Check out the "Landing Strip"!

This pristine modern house is in a perfect location - close to the cultural, sporting, culinary and fun activities that define Denver.. This part of Denver has been rediscovered as a neighborhood and is close to the city. There is great local history you are close to everything you need.

What makes this property unique

This is a single family home and not a townhouse or apartment. It does not share any walls with anyone else. Its also brand new and has all the creature comforts and well thought out design I could not find in an older building. The architecture, layout, light, and separate spaces make it perfect.
