This is a unique, cozy space! It has an open floor plan with a huge living/dining area. The cozy kitchen has a mini coffee bar for you to enjoy in the morning with a stove and microwave. There is a bedroom downstairs with a full bath accessible through the kitchen or bedroom. There is also a loft upstairs with a cozy king bed. You can relax in the chairs out front in the evenings or enjoy some time by the firepit outside - s'mores included! The driveway will accommodate boat trailers!

Great place close to Clemson

Clean, comfy and beds are good. It’s hard to find a good bed in these type of places for us so we really appreciated that! Would definitely stay again!

Clemson visit

Great Place for Clemson Visit

Our family of our four small dog stayed at the Clemson Cottage while we visited from Athens for our niece's graduation from Clemson. The cottage was perfect! The host was so kind to have it all lit up for our after hours arrival. The location was convenient for getting to downtown Clemson and doing a little grocery shopping. We'd definitely stay there again.

Spacious retreat near Clemson

Loved this spacious retreat just minutes from Clemson. Large, open living room with a comfy couch, cozy bed and bath with a steamy shower, and kitchen with everything we needed for a week-long stay. Thankful to have a place we could bring our dogs. Highly recommend!!

Homeowner was very communicative before and during my stay. The place suited my needs during my stay in town to help daughter with college move-in. Good location. Close to Clemson U. Not a dealbreaker for me, but the unit is at the end of a steep downward incline driveway made up of large gravel rocks, which would be difficult for someone with any mobility issues. Would stay here again due to its close proximity to Clemson U.

Clemson for birthday

I stayed at the property for my daughter’s birthday. Property is as described. Host was extremely helpful and easily reached. My only observation is that if you are planning on making any meals while staying here be aware that there are limited dishes, pots and appliances (has oven/stove, refrigerator and coffee maker). This is not a criticism just an observation as not all people plan to cook while on vacation. 😊. I would recommend staying here for a nice get away that is close to campus.

I am originally from South Carolina and have lived here most of my life! I am a graduate of Clemson University - go Tigers! I bought my home several years ago and turned the separate building into a guest house. I love hosting and meeting new people so I new this would be perfect.

Why they chose this property

I love this neighborhood because it is just down the road from Clemson University, it is quiet and peaceful and close to shopping and lakes Hartwell and Keowee.

What makes this property unique

My property is unique because it is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything you need. My driveway is long enough to accommodate boats on trailers.
