The location and view was amazing. You can watch sunset and surfers everyday and night from the property. There was a good variety of beach equipment available. And most importantly Bob was great at accommodating all needs. I would definitely stay here again and working with Bob was a delight.

Wonderful place to start our Kaua'i vacation.Had everything we needed and a great view of the ocean! Easy to get to everywhere and nice pathway for taking a walk, if you want to go up to Spouting Horn, also within walking distance.Would come back and stay in a heartbeat!

The view of the cove was the best! We sat on the lanai and watched for turtles, enjoyed the trade winds and the sound of the waves. We walked around to the back of the property and watched the surfers, and you can see the sunset from there. The laundry was not in the condo but easily accessible on the floor, change machine included. The shower was wonderful, good hot water, the rain shower head and handheld spray were a treat. The folding plantation shutters kept the room cool while we were out. A/C is a huge plus : ) Totally enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Awesome Stay and Great Location

We loved this place! Great View and centrally located on the southern part of Kauai. The condo is wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. We have already booked again for next year.
