Come enjoy this beautifully remodeled McCormick Ranch home. Hang out in the amazing backyard which includes a pool, ample seating, an outdoor television, and dining area. Conveniently located close to everything Scottsdale has to offer and just a block from The Vig, Starbucks, and Luci's at the Grove.

Home is available for 30+ day stays only due to CCR restrictions. If you have a scheduling question please contact us. Pets allowed.

Amazing home and property in beautiful, walkable McCormick Ranch community with endless miles of greenbelt throughout the area. Resort living by the pool and covered dining area for entertaining. Guests also have access to two car garage for parking and additional storage.

Home boasts a beautifully remodeled kitchen with quartz counters and all new appliances. Breakfast bar on at the island, and a secondary dining space off the kitchen with a 55 inch television.

The living room is wonderfully appointed with a 75 inch television and large sectional couch for plenty of seating. Formal dining area located off of the living room.

King bed in the owner's suite with large walk-in closet, vanity sitting area, his/her sinks, and a walk-in shower.

Queen bed in the second bedroom plus full size bunk beds and a futon in the third bedroom creating ample sleeping for all guests. Tub/shower in the second full bathroom.

ROKU boxes and or smart televisions on all TVs setup for any streaming needs during your stay. Fiber internet mesh wifi system.

Two car garage with additional storage for your use during your stay.

Ring doorbell camera is present on the property.

All bookings/reservations are subject to guests’ execution of the owner’s occupancy agreement, separate and apart from any agreement guests may have with the third-party hosting service. Great vacation in primo location

This house and pool was the perfect size for a longer stay. The neighborhood is terrific with gorgeous walking and biking paths, restaurants and all amenities you need. Very quiet area with friendly residents. 15 minutes to everything!
