Epic New Year Family retreat

Our family gathered for a few days and the house was perfect. It was brand new (i think we were the first). Rooms were spacious, common areas comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. 10 all the way around. Place had no hangers was my only observation. Neighborhood is great too and the views are spectacular.
