Fully renovated in 2021 with quality materials and well equipped, you'll enjoy staying in this 28 m² apartment with elegant and refined decor.
The location is ideal in the heart of the historical district, with restaurants and shops at your doorstep. Parking solutions are available at 10 and 15 minutes walking distance.

The apartment features an open living area with a lounge and TV, a small equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, refrigerator, freezer) with dining area.
A lovely bedroom with a top-quality 160/200 cm bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet.

Please note that this apartment is on the 2nd floor and access is by a steep spiral staircase typical of the region. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or for those who have difficulty moving.
Rue du Dauphin is currently closed to traffic. To make your arrival easier, we suggest coming via Rue de la République.

To ensure self-check-in and a peaceful arrival, the apartment has a smart lock. All necessary information will be sent to you before your arrival, so you can easily access your accommodation.
