Ideally situated on the curve of Wilmington and Beach Avenue, where you can walk across the street and be on the beach. Enjoy morning sunrises and evening sunsets while listening to the waves crash which can be heard from several points of the house. There are 3 spacious outdoor decks where you can soak up the sun, host meals, or simply wind down with a glass of wine. Each deck offers views of the beach, with the 3rd floor deck that boasts an exceptional and unique view of the beach and faces out towards the Cape May inlet where you can see boats come in and out all day. There is also a large screened in porch on the 2nd floor that can host your family for an evening during the off-season, open air. Comfortably accommodates 12 guests, with 4 bedrooms (one king bed, 4 full beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 twin pullout beds) and 3 full large bathrooms. Not feeling like a beach day…. enjoy the large front yard, with plenty of space to play outdoor games, have a catch or lounge while you grill dinner. Being offered as dog-friendly as there is also a backyard that is separately fenced in. There is a garage which offers additional secure storage for all of your things. Parking, views and walking to the beach make this home a special place. Bike to restaurants, Washington Street open aired mall, Beach Creek, the Wineries and all that Cape May has to offer. Enjoy our home all seasons and enjoy coming and leaving your vacation with less travel stress as we rent Sunday to Sunday from Labor day to memorial day and offer weekend and shorter stays all year.
