This South Forest beach Area villa has it all. Two story villa located steps away from
Ocean. Family oriented with two levels. Just completed new wood flooring throughout.
Coastal decor with newly renovated full baths there are two
Second floor features the bedrooms. Master has a king with its own private bath. Other guests bedroom
located across the hallway with two queen beds and private bath. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. Air fryer. Full size washer and dryer top of the line
Living room area flows into the dinning area with half
Brand new screen smart TVs located in both bedrooms and living room features 60 inch screen
Free WIfi is included.
Deck area is a view of lush tropical greens surrounded by pool view. Pool is located in the center with gate around it. Plenty of chairs, tables and umbrellas.
Parking is assigned right in front of the villa.
Steps away with easy access to the beach. This popular area close to shopping , lots of restaurants to chose from. You may park the car, walk , bike and enjoy 11 miles of white sandy beaches !
Pets are only allowed. If you are staying. 30 days or more. And you Must let our property manager know so she can approve your dog also pet fee is $150 additionally

Property was nice. Only issue was the stairs to get in the condo and the stairs to the bedrooms. By the end of our stay we got use to them.

Great week in Hilton Head.

Four of us stayed in this lovely unit. We had plenty of room and each bedroom (2) had it’s own bathroom and bath, which was very convenient. Villa is a short walk to Coligney Plaza and public beach access is right across the street.

Lovely - close to beach & shops!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful week here - the place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Super short walk to the beach and shops - excellent weather and warm water … we had a blast. Teresa was very helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed - definitely recommend a stay here! Kids loved the pool as well :)

A Great Golf Getaway Location and RBC Heritage!

This property was clean and just as promised. Situated around the back of the complex afforded a quiet, peaceful visit with a view og the beautiful pool. Only steps away from Coligny, restaurants, the beach and the shuttle to the RBC Heritage. Leave your car in the lot and dont fight for a parking spot anywhere.

Excellent location

Teresa made the rental and check-in process very easy. She was quick to answer any questions. The beach, restaurants and shopping are all a short walk away. We would recommend this villa to anyone familiar with HHI.

This was our first time staying at Surf Court and we loved it!! Great property! Wonderful location!! Unit was so bright and cheery. Loved the beach decor. Very well equipped. We will be back!! Thank you Teresa for being a great host!!

Nice place, location manager was awesome!

Nice, clean facility! Location Manager Teresa was awesome to work with. Very short walk to the beach and facility provided beach chairs. Only draw back was the guest bedroom did not have an air ducts thus becoming warm if the door was closed.

This is a very nice villa. It doesn’t matter that you didn’t like the carpeting. That doesn’t make it outdated because it is not. You let your dog pooped and pee all over the villa. As if you didn’t take it out at all As you know I filed against your insurance. Boy on your dog using the inside to relieve itself but the broken Items. putting the garbage bag in the disposal with a chicken carcass , pulling the thermostat off the wall , broken blinds at the front door. Shower curtain with rod pulled to the ground and left there. who does this. ? 5 days you were here with no care or respect for this property Insurance company settled but not for the other 6 hours of cleaning. , my owners. And our attorney both said this person was very abusive with no care to the villa I sent you photos by email you said leave me alone . Never a sorry or a care Please never rent again. I put you on the do not rent list for this area and our island.

Perfect location.

The property was described perfectly. Great location. A6 minute walk to the beach and about a 7 minute walk to Coligny plaza. It was great to walk to dinner and shopping. We hardly used our vehicle at all. We did bring our 6 pound dog We did not have any issues, but the rules for dogs are very strict so just be aware. Upon arriving, the place was very clean and smelled fresh. We were impressed by the layout. The only negative was the absence of the ability to eat outside. There is a terrace, but it is only large enough for 2 or 3 chairs. The pool area does have tables but it does not allow pets so we did not utilize. That was a very small inconvenience. Overall, the property is wonderful and would highly recommend it.

Great location and plenty of room for our group of 6, including 4 children. A short walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza provided a great stay in HHI. The unit had plenty of kitchen items, dishwasher, and washer/dyer worked great. Travel size bathroom items, dish soap and paper towel/toilet paper were provided, which was nice. The kids loved the bright bedroom with their own TV and bathroom. The unit itself is a bit dated (but comfortable) and the upstairs carpet in the master bedroom could be treated for stains or replaced. There was greenspace for the kids to run and the pool is steps away down the spiral staircase (the pool was cold!) For us, location, space, and functionality were more important than decor, and this unit delivered that. Communication was good and timely, as we had a small issue with the door code, but that was resolved right away. We would stay again!

Perfect location for Families

Our family of 4 + our dog stayed for almost 2 weeks and this was a perfect rental for us! Great location- we walked to the Coligny Plaza /beach/ celebration park multiple times a day. Close to grocery stores, restaurants & more. The rental was very well appointed- we cooked here more than once, used the Tupperware for beach lunches and our kids loved the games /kids toys. We didn’t have any issues but Theresa was easy to reach and stayed in touch with us before our stay. We hope to come back to Hilton Head soon!

Wonderful Week Away

We enjoyed our week in Hilton Head. The apartment was very clean and quiet. We loved being able to bike and walk to so many places. Also loved the the work desk & chairs since both of us had to work a couple days while we were there. So nice for us to travel with our dog and enjoy nice warm SC weather. Hope we can make it back again!
