Newly Remodeled / Free Beach Set-Up / Fabulous View / Ocean Front

When my mom and I first entered this 8th floor condo, the gulf view from the foyer was a breath-taking experience!!! There was a wedding being held on the beautiful sugar-white sand beach with the Gulf of Mexico's emerald green water as a backdrop.

Our condo was professionally decorated in the popular West Indies Style. It also includes all the upgrades imaginable like oversized ceramic tile, raised ceilings found only in high end condos, crown molding, designer fans and lighting and much more. The kitchen is a delight with the upgraded package including smooth surface cook top, granite counter tops with bull nose and MILLION DOLLAR views to die for!! This gorgeous condo features a master bedroom with a king bed, jetted tub and separate walk-in shower, with balcony access and prime beach views. Down the hall is the first guest bedroom with a king bed and a second guest room with a queen bed. All of the bedrooms have cable TV along with DVD/VHS players in them. The elegantly furnished living room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, recliner with sliding glass doors opening up to a spectacular balcony complete with table with two chairs and two chaise lounges.

The amenities include gulf side pool, exercise room, covered parking, and 24-hour security. This low-density complex with only 45 units is convenient with no long waits for elevators and less crowded at the pool and beach area. This luxury condo is within a short drive to the new Pier Park, a city within itself with every shop and attraction you can imagine plus so much more.

I know you will fall in love with our condominium with all that it has to offer. We also provide for our guests with free beach set-up which includes an umbrella and two lounge chairs to make for a relaxing day on the beach in addition to floats and bogey boards for the kids to enjoy.

It was a beautiful condo and everything was very convenient. No long walks from parking, no long lines at the elevators. No getting up at 6 am to get a chair, we did this for years. The view from the condo was incredible. It was perfect and we will be back!

Handicap accessible was helpful. Building manager Joanna was amazing! She was very sweet and knowledgeable of the area. Furniture was comfortable, but lots of unnecessary pieces that took up space. Could have used room darkening curtains, better AC, and cable TV. Generous of Mrs. Linda to include the chair set up on the beach. Condo was very clean up on arrival, simple check in and checkout process.

Great Condo in a good location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The condo is actually nicer than it looks in the photos. It looked like carpeted bedrooms in the photos but was actually hard flooring which I prefer. We had everything we needed as far as kitchen items. It was nice that there was a Keurig-type and a regular coffee maker. We enjoyed the included the beach service - I only stay in condos that include that as we have enough stuff to take down to the beach. :-) We would stay here again.

Relaxation at it's BEST!!

Great location, beautiful water and the beach was not too crowded. The condo was spacious with a great view. I would recommend this property to anyone and would look in to going back in the future. The property owner was very good communicating with us and I really appreciated that.

The owner was very helpful and gave us our information about codes and all well in advance. The cleaning lady let us move in stuff early. Then the stay was great, beautiful beach with great staff, condo was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. So wishing I could go back again this year, but it will have to wait.

Amazing Condo!

We were surprised at the spaciousness of the condo! The location was great, beach was pristine and easily accessed. Decent sized balcony allowing for two lounge chairs, a small table and chairs, and a storage compartment. The furnishings were were very nice and well taken care of. Large master bedroom and bathroom. Large spare bathroom. Linda was great to work with and very helpful! Highly recommend!!!

We loved the condo for our family vacation! The condo had plenty of space, all the amenities and a beautiful ocean view! Also, we really liked the MariSol being smaller because of easy parking and elevator useage!

Great Vacation in Panama Beach

It is one of the smaller resort buildings but that was not a problem. Made getting an elevator quick. The view is beautiful from the balcony but the patio balcony is one of the smaller ones compared to other resorts. I LOVED that the unit supplied us with the beach chairs and umbrellas. They are very costly on the beach ($40.00 a day) but was included with our unit.

Merry at Marisol

Beautiful condo with wonderful view! Linda is a wonderful and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed having a 3 BR 2 bath condo and sitting out on the huge balcony. The condo was great! Location was good, no waits at the elevator(which is a hassle at the larger buildings). The beach was beautiful and not crowded. We are definitely going to get this condo next year or at least one at Marisol!!
