This 1 Br / 1 BA villa is located in St James Park inside Kingston Resort. It's on the 1st floor with no steps. The bedroom has a King bed. The Villa has a beautiful living / dining area and a fully stocked kitchen. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes).

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. St James Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Great Beach Vacation

Very nice condo that is close to the beach, but is in quiet area of the resort. Perfect setting for a great beach vacation. This is the second time we have booked this property and we definitely be coming back.

Great location. Close to beach, Tanger, Barefoot Landing and many many restaurants. And yet condo was in a quiet and peaceful setting.

Property was clean, well equipped, and the complex (Kingston Plantation) is one of the best in the Myrtle Beach area.Walking distance to the ocean and access to 2 great pools.The complex has thorough security as well. The hosts' communication was top notch and very well organized... hands on or hands off, whichever you prefer...

My husband and I have stayed in this unit before and we love it. The location is very beautiful and peaceful. We love everything about our stay however the bed and couch and living room chair have seen better days.

Beautiful location and weather. Villas should have been checked day of our arrival and dead buds removed. This was my job before we brought our clothes into the villa. Should have been much cleaner than it was.

Bike week fall!

Enjoyed our stay but was not aware no motorcycles on property- so we walked back/forth to the condo which had its own covered parking space! Seems a waste to not be able to use it. There was a shuttle but we called them one evening and they never arrived- so we walked…granted we need the exercise, but little hard on bad back! Perhaps Kingston can review this policy!?

Location and Bug's

It was one of the most difficult locations to try and find i eventually stopped a house keeper and she was able to help. I had to terminate a Palmetto bug in the kitchen and when i reported it i was told they sprayed often, ironically the exterminator showed up the next and i asked him if someone sent him and he said no it was time to spray the unit. The only other issue was the bed needs to be changed out and pillows need to be replaced.

St James Park Resort has everything any family would love. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For adults there is the golf course just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For nature lovers, there are beautiful walking trails, a boardwalk connecting other Kingston Plantation properties, and a lovely personal balcony to enjoy sunrises and sunsets.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
