Stunning South Plaza Home On Loose Park

This beautiful townhome is located in a historic KC neighborhood and ideal for families, friends, or business. The 1700 sqft townhome is adjacent to Loose Park and just a few blocks from the Country Club Plaza (~10 minutes from Downtown). Our warm space with modern & tasteful décor features gel foam beds, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2G Fiber Wi-Fi, off-street parking, private screened-in porch and more. This for the 1st floor with shared access!

This first floor townhome is tastefully decorated in Kansas city themed decor, mostly from local artists. There are 3 private bedrooms and sun room with a full pull out bed, as well as a screened-in porch w/ fire pit. A fully equipped kitchen complete w/ brand new cabinets, granite counter tops, & appliances for your use, for a home away from home feel. We`ll provide locally sourced coffee & all the fixings to make your mornings a little smoother. Our living room has 4k OLED 55” TV w/ easy access to all the streaming apps including extremely fast G00gle Fiber Wifi. Amenities include clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a blow dryer. We provide an iron, ironing board and clothing steamer. Free driveway and street parking.

This is a wonderful central location to the best entertainment in KC!

Guests have access to the house via a keypad lock on the front door, private code issued within 24 hours of check-in just to you! Check-in time is anytime after 2:00pm & checkout is 11:00am.

There is also a 2nd floor unit in the property, each of which are completely separate and secure from each other. The only shared spaces are the entry and laundry room in the basement.

There are numerous destinations in walking distance. Other options are Uber, Lift and the MMAX public bus. KCRide Electric bikes and Bird Scooters are available in many surrounding neighborhoods. We are 4 miles from Union Station where you can catch the KC Street car. The street car gives you free access to Crossroads, Downtown, City Market and River Market.

We live really close and are happy to assist with anything that may come up during your stay!

Ideally located on Wornall Road, right next to Jacob L. Loose Park. The 75-acre park is one of Kansas City’s most popular, beautiful, & historical spots. It`s a 9 minute walk to The Country Club Plaza w/ shopping, dining, art, & entertainment galore. You`ll also find yourself situated close to some of Kansas City`s best amenities in the Crossroads, Crown Center, River Market, Brookside, Westport & Downtown. If you`re in town for the Chiefs or Royals, it`s only 15 minutes to Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadium.

The walkability to many local amenities is outstanding! You may park in the driveway or in the street in front of the house. Ubers and Lyfts are readily available using the apps. The MMAX bus stop is 0.3 miles away and many destinations are within walking distance.

Between each guest stay the property is professionally cleaned & sanitized by wiping surfaces & running an Ozone generator to reset air molecules in the home. Beds & pillows have protectors & linens are laundered in hot water.

Nice old house in a good location near the Plaza. A little bit pricey though. For the price, I would have expected a little bit more upscale space with additional amenities, like a hot tub or pool. However, it was decent for a last-minute booking.

House was in very poor condition. I have pictures. 1. Ceiling falling in master bathroom. 2. Shower in master not usable, very small and water hits you in the neck due to the cheap shower head placement 3. Heating system not working properly, the bedrooms freezing and no blankets or bedding provided except in the master (and those were even cheap) 4. Windows need to be replaced, very drafty 5. the door lock had all the numbers rubbed off, making it very hard to get in. 6. Description doesn't say there is a unit above you in this house, the people had smal kids and a dog, they were very loud. 7. Floors all over the home very lound and creeky. 8. Main floor bathroom is cheap, even the bathroom mirror needs to be replaced due to old age, which is a common theme in this house. 9. All windows need to be replaced, you are staying right on Wornall road, so you are up all night with cars, trucks and motorcycles going by, its so loud!! 10. Landscaping is scraping against master bedroom window, so annoying on a windy night. Overall the house is in terrible condiition, especially for the price they are asking, we left an entire day early as there was no way we could stay another night there. This ruined our trip, Stay away.

Perfect location, great apartment.

A group of us were in town for business and sightseeing and the apartment was perfect with the proximity to Luce Park and the Plaza. I’m good condition and the communication with the host was great. Will definitely use again.

It was a great location. Cozy home with a great living, dining and kitchen areas. Good parking. My only recommendation is that they upgrade the rug and pillows…I’m sure they take a beating. We had a wonderful time there kicking off the Christmas Season. Thank You

Nice historic home in a beautiful area

Such a pretty home in a great central location. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the park across the street is beautiful. The layout was great for two couples, and there’s a great bunk room for kids too. We had a lovely weekend in KC - thanks for hosting us!

Great house, great location

This home across from loose park was perfect for our group of friends in town for a birthday. A 10-minute Uber from some of KC best spots (plaza, crossroads, Westport). Mike was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home

This was our second time to stay at this property. It is adorable and very comfortable for my family to meet for Christmas. We meet family and our elderly father in KC and are able to cook and visit and enjoy our time together. We will probably be back next year.

Group trip to American Royal

Seven college kids and one Mom called this place home for eight nights during American Royal horse show (Hale Arena at Hyvee Center). 15 minute commute, off street parking for 3-4 cars was great. Quiet area but close to terrific shopping, restaurants about 1/4 mile 15 min walk. Park across street feels like a small Central Park and great for walk after busy day. Condo itself had perfect layout for us and never felt crowded even with eight. Would definitely stay again. Contact was also very responsive and helped me adjust dates, even at last minute.

Great Location, Great Little Spot

We had a wonderful stay here. House was clean and appointed well. My only minor wish was for the 3 season porch to have been clean for use. But, it certainly was not that big of a deal. The location is perfect. We enjoyed walking in the park each evening. Parking for 2 cars was easy and convenient. We would certainly stay here again. Recommend strongly!

The home is in a great location, has off street parking, and had plenty of space for our group. The property needs and deep clean and some upkeep though. The bunk beds were very uncomfortable and the floors throughout the home are very creaky. The tiny en-suite shower was either super hot or cold, no in between. None of us could get the coffee maker to work and there were no wash cloths. So, great location but not the most comfortable stay.

Perfect House - Perfect Spot

We are originally from Kansas City but no longer have family in town. We wanted to visit as "tourists" and found this wonderful property. It was the perfect size, clean and well equipped. The side porch was so wonderful in the mornings and evenings. We were in the middle of a heat wave and the home remained cool and comfortable (and there was a nice breeze on the porch). We have already recommended to another family and will definitely be back!!

Family christmas

We were looking for a place to get together for Christmas as my Father in law has sold his house and moved into a retirement facility. This house was perfect for my family of 5 and the rest of the family that was in a hotel to get together for the holiday. It was perfectly stocked for cooking our Christmas dinner and the den was big enough for us all to watch football and visiting. The Christmas tree up was a great touch. We have already talked about returning.

Incredible location

Could not ask for a better location. Loose Park is beautiful and just across the street. Walk to the Plaza and all it has to offer. It is an old home. It does not demonstrate pride of ownership. Invasive vines growing in un-kept landscape. Looking forward to enjoying the screen porch for morning coffee per the listing. In a word, it was filthy. Caked with dust including the furniture. Un-useable. Upon entering we were met with a foyer that would have appeared not to have been vacuumed in weeks. The cleanliness of the actual unit was fine. The appliances were very nice as well as the décor. Our guests used our shower in that the en-suite was tiny. Bedding was comfortable. Ample linen and pillows.
