We had a wonderful stay at this place. The property was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, and the secluded setting provided a peaceful and private atmosphere throughout our stay. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.There was plenty of parking available, which was very convenient for our group. A lot of great features one of our favorite features was the large backyard, which provided a great space to relax and enjoy the outdoors.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable accommodation.

Hilltop Oasis

Perfect retreat for a large group of family or friends in San Diego. There is clearly a lot of precision and thoughtfulness by the hosts for the cleanliness of the property. The rental process was very well organized from start to finish.

Family dinner

We stayed at the home for a family gathering to all be together in one spot. The house is great. Very big with lots of room for everyone. The backyard is also very spacious and we enjoyed it quite a bit. Ping Pong table and foosball table were fun too. Would definitely recommend this house!

Hilltop: Where family Chaos meets Luxury Bliss

If you’re looking for a place where family shenanigans can unfold in style, Hilltop is it. The accommodations were so clean and breathtakingly beautiful, we were almost too stunned to make a mess (almost). Each amenity was put to the test: the fireplace hosted our elders’ “beer and banter” sessions, while the younger generation turned the game room into their personal reunion arena. The hot tub? We left it alone—because even we have limits. The outdoor space? A multipurpose masterpiece. We played putt-putt, posed for a family photo that’ll make the holiday card, and even had our family BJJ black belt teach striking techniques. Nothing screams "family bonding" quite like learning how to throw a punch... lovingly, of course. Inside, we whipped up quick family lunches while the sound of rip-roaring laughter echoed through the house. It felt like a Hallmark movie, but with more chaos and less scripted dialogue. The host was fantastic—attentive, communicative, and patient enough to deal with our questions (and, likely, our family’s quirks). We’d recommend Hilltop to anyone, with just one heads-up: the turn off the highway is abrupt. Seriously, don’t miss it, or you might find yourself on an unexpected scenic drive. But once you arrive, it’s worth every brake tap. We can’t wait to come back—if Hilltop will have us again!
