The beautiful and furnished studio apartment called "KKL II" offers all around comfort on 25m2. The studio is equipped with three beds, consisting of a double bed and a sofa bed. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for three persons with crockery, cutlery and pans, has two hotplates as well as a combination appliance that can be used both for baking and as a microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, mirror cabinet, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Bath towels and bed linen are provided.



In the basement there are washing machines and dryers, which can be used free of charge. Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV with international channels are available free of charge.



You live centrally on the Allmend and still have a variety of leisure and recreation possibilities in the immediate vicinity. Not far from the residential building is the exhibition centre, where interesting fairs take place on a regular basis, such as the Central Switzerland adventure fair Luga. Next door there is also a sports building with indoor swimming pool, wellness facilities and fitness centre. In the same building there is also a Migros supermarket. So you have shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.



Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.



These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.
