About this property

Vineyard Carriage House with High Speed Internet.

Upper floor of our Carriage House located at South River Vineyard, a working vineyard producing Viognier and Petit Mensang grapes. The two bedroom, one bath cottage offers views of the vineyards as well as the surrounding Shanendoah foothills and neighboring pastures.
The cottage has a small balcony perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktail hour. There is also a private fire pit and grill for guests to enjoy. Bottom level is used to store farm vehicles.
Located just 20 miles from Charlottesville/University of Virginia, 12 miles from the Swift Run Gap entrance for Skyline Drive, 11 miles from Early Mountain Vineyard, and 15 miles from Massanutten Resort. Bring your bicycles, hiking shoes, and dogs too.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn the A/C up to 75 degrees in the summer. Please turn the heat down to 68 degrees in the winter.
Please pick up after pets.
Place all trash in bin located outside on the west side of the Carriage House
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not enter pastures or pet/feed livestock without owner present.
