The Knotty Pine is located at the resort side of Wallowa Lake, making it easy to walk to all the activities that are popular in the summer. Winter guests can also snuggle up with a book, enjoy their favorite movies, and play board games on chilly afternoons! The open floor plan between the kitchen, dining, and living areas will keep everyone together, no matter what the day brings. The home features an attractive all-wood interior in every room, and there is an attractive wood-burning fireplace in the living room with a Smart TV and a gas furnace in the dining area, plus new flooring throughout. The full kitchen features new countertops and appliances. The large enclosed deck enjoys a beautiful view of the mountains, making this the perfect place to unwind while your little ones play.

THINGS TO KNOW
Seasonal bbqs are available from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. BBQs are propane and tanks are provided. We strongly encourage you to review your tank level in the morning and if a replacement is needed please reach out to your local contact for a tank replacement.
Enclosed large deck with mountain views.
No fires or fire pits are ever allowed due to the heavy timbered area and county restrictions.
Guests cannot walk from the deck down toward the lower road, as this is watched for trespassing via a trail camera. Guests must walk around.
4WD/traction may be required in winter.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
