COMPLETELY REMODELED AND NEWLY INSTALLED SPLIT SYSTEM AC!! Come and enjoy this beautiful condo with unparalleled view of the Wailua Bay and Pacific. One our most requested condos. Very tastefully decorated and updated (just  remodeled spring 2014), this condo offers privacy and peaceful relaxation. Check out the photos for just an idea of what you could enjoy on your next vacation. Our guests say that the photos do not do the view justice and it's true. You need to come and see for yourself the spectacular view from this premier condo at Lae nani. Building 5 at Lae nani , steps to our beautiful beach on the bay where you can watch whales breach in the winter and the Hawaiian monk seal sunning all year. Convenient parking without the car noise.

Our guests have access to our great pool, BBQ's, free parking and wifi as well as our tennis court, not to mention the beach which is only a few steps away.



The Neighborhood:

We are close to a number of good places to dine, shop and also activities. Sleeping Giant is behind the condos where you can hike or take a kayak up the Wailua River to Secret Falls. Also Opaekaa Falls is only a short drive.

The Kauai multi-use path in in front of the condo and goes all around the bay to the Lydgate Beach Park



Getting Around:

We have the Kauai Bus, Taxis, Uber and Lyft but we recommend a car to enjoy all there is on the island.



Other Things to Note:

Lae Nani Condos are located on the convenient East side of Kauai and close to shopping, activities and even the airport.



Check-in time is 4 p.m.

Checkout time is 10 a.m.

unless different times are arranged in advance.

We are at the property almost daily and available by phone. We do not live onsite.

Wonderful Trip

This is our 6th time staying at Lae Nani and this condo was wonderful. Clean, great communication, and it had everything we could ask for. A bonus was the pull out bed was super comfortable!! Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed here for our 25th anniversary trip and couldn’t have picked a better spot. The Kapaʻa location was ideal — central to Hanalei, Poʻipū, and Waimea Canyon. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and felt like home from the moment we walked in. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus during our 9-night stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we loved morning coffee on the lanai. The beach and pool were peaceful, and the grounds beautifully maintained. Easy parking and walkable restaurants made it even better. After days of hiking, snorkeling, and exploring, this was the perfect place to relax. We’d absolutely stay again — it’s now our go-to spot on Kauaʻi.

Great Condo and location

We enjoyed the condo and location. The condo was a good size and everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. The beach out front and pool were fantastic. Enjoyed the short walk to a path and the Mai Tais at Lava Lava Club. Great location to get to Northshore and Southshore. Communication was easy with property management. Would stay here again.

Magical Kauai experience

Lae Nani is a wonderful place to stay

We have stayed at Lae Nani for about 10 years and always enjoy returning to the condos there. We especially like the location with the "baby beach" and the reef. The grounds are beautiful and the beach walk toward Lava Lava Beach Club and the shopping center is easily accessed.

Simply the best!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed every single thing about this place. The view of the ocean is visible from the bedroom and living room, the grounds are very clean, you can walk to many nice restaurants, it was immaculately clean, the bed was very comfortable and the entire condo is very updated and super comfortable.

We have stayed at Lae Nani many times and you just cannot beat the view from this condo in building 5! The condo is well equipped with beach supplies and it is great to have a washer and dryer. Reservations and check in were a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo with spectacular views

The condo was honestly better than depicted in photos. Roomy and spacious with incredible views. In-unit laundry was super convenient and we loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants for dinner. Property is in a great location, tucked off the main drag and the landscaping is beautiful. Staying east side was perfect for us to enjoy activities all over the island while minimizing driving.

THE best vibe!!!

This condo complex is almost entirely vacation renters. And because of that, it was VERY laid back and very friendly!! Parking was easy, the VIEW was amazing and the condo itself was clean and had a nice assortment of beach gear. Walking distance along the beach to a resto with good food and music. The beach is 'thin' but there is a protected swimming area that is perfect for floating!

Perfect location in paradise!

Could not have asked for a better place to stay during our eight days in Kauai! The location is wonderful, the beach right on the property was perfect, and it was quiet. The unit was clean and well-stocked. FYI for those with mobility issues, it is on the third floor with no elevator access. This unit in particular also does not have a washer/dryer, but there is a laundry room on the property that is convenient and easy to use. Would absolutely stay here again! Mahalo!

Amazing Stay

I highly recommend this property and unit. The location, both on the island and on the actual site is ideal. The location offers easy access to all areas of the island as well as to the airport. The view from the lanai was spectacular and the perfect place for morning coffee and and an afternoon cocktail. Hearing the waves crash and spotting an occasional sea turtle was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked and air conditioning was a bonus. All questions I had had were answered immediately by Tina and her staff. We had an amazing stay and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay

Clean, nicely decorated, comfortable condo in the best location. The lanai overlooks a lawn and garden that leads to a small swimmable, sandy beach. The view from the lanai and living room is sea and surf, and it sounds amazing. The condo doesn’t have great airflow so it would get a bit hot and stuffy without the air conditioning. But both units work great and we used them in the warmest parts of the afternoon and at night in the bedroom. The location is ideal - easy walking distance from a complex with shops and restaurants, and a short drive into Kapa’a. I would love to return and stay longer.

Awesome view!

The condo was beautifully decorated and location was very good both close to airport and Costco. The best feature was the lovely ocean view from the balcony. The condo was within walking distancing to restaurant and convenient to explore the north shore, south shore and not a bad drive to Waimea Canyon. The owner was very thoughtful to rent us his/her car as rental cars during our stay were very expensive. Our only problem was inconsistent Internet. With all the changes with tourism not having up to date information. Can be very frustrating. Hope that gets sorted out. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place!

Great Property and fantastic views

This was our first time staying there. Everything was really nice and the condo was plenty big. One issue we had was that the breaker switch was tripped and we couldn't get any help. I emailed the management company but I didn't get and help. I had to call back to get an update. Long story short the bedroom had now power and we had to sleep on the hideaway bed the first night. I got up early and I saw an email from management saying to check the breaker switches. She told me where they were at and I checked and sure enough that was the issue. Pool was nice but closed for 3 days for some maintenance. So only got to go a few times. Would stay there again.
