Why they chose this property

Our family purchased this beautiful villa as a retreat from the hustle and bustle and chills of the North. When we aren't at the beach, we love to golf, ride bikes and enjoy the community's resort-style amenities: pool, workout room and outdoor kitchen. The sunsets are gorgeous and the layout is perfect! Plenty of space on the main floor with first floor master and open kitchen/living concept. The second floor is a rarity: 2 huge bedrooms, large guest bath and oversized living room. The kids watch movies, play video games, and challenge each other to chess on the custom chess table. This villa provides the perfect opportunity for each to have their own space.

Located within a very well-kept gated community, amenities are just across the street: Publix, Starbucks, Libby's Cafe, UPS, CVS, and much more. This location offers all of the conveniences you need, with the privacy you want.
