Bettina was personable and accommodating. The house where we stayed was spacious and private. I didn't realize that we were going to be on a working organic farm. It was so cool! We left with some Herbes de Provence, sage and lavender. Super convenient to the coffee shops and markets in Three Rivers. Again, very spacious. And orange trees right outside our door!
Bettina is a gracious host and we were welcomed by a friendly family member even though we were early. Left with beautiful wild lavendar as a parting gift!Thank you, Bettina.Location perfect for hiking Sequoia.
Great stay for a visit to Sequoia and Kings Canyon
Very convenient location. Bettina was an amazing host and shared some wonderful fruit from her farm. She had some great suggestions for how to get around the park. Property was as described. We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed w Bettina for a weekend after adventuring in Yosemite, KC & Sequoia and wow! Her place is amazing, the plants and wildlife were beautiful, the stargazing was too-notch and most importantly, she is an amazing host and person. She was welcoming, generous and even gave us some fresh mint, lemon verbena and wild plums! I’d love to stay there again and so would my cousin and her kids! Three Rivers is super quaint and has some lovely little shops and places to eat, so, we really enjoyed our time there!
Bettina was a most generous, thoughtful host. She gave us fruit and parting floral smell goods. This place is a farm, and very super clean. The beds were comfortable. There’s a pond in the center of the property and a nice pic nic area. Stars are amazing at night. This was close to Sequoia. Loved this place and would definitely stay again. This was our first trip to Three Rivers. Bettina wants you to be happy. She made us happy here.
This is a lovely cottage with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Surrounded by farm fields and orchards. The wildlife abounds. Spend the evening in the front garden star gazing or take advantage of the outdoor bathtub in the back garden. Located near selicious restaurants. We highly recommend Casa Mendoza and Tony's Taverna. For shopping , you don't want to miss Kaweha Arts, which is full of local artists talents. Bettina is a gracious host and had so many wonderful recommendations.
Bettina is the best! She makes sure you’re happy and comfortable. Her home is cozy the pond is beautiful. It’s super peaceful! We would definitely stay there again.
Wonderful stay! I was looking for somewhere very close to the Sequoia National Park entrance and was delighted to have found this place. It’s super cute, cozy, and just all around charming/rustic. Something about it also just felt so nostalgic and comforting. You’ll also be able to do some great stargazing here.My husband and I loved our stay here and we will definitely book here again when back in the area. It was also super clean (which is very important to me!) and conveniently located next to coffee shops, restaurants, gas stations and a market. Bettina, the host, was also so kind and welcoming and the communication was very seamless! Overall a great experience and I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Three Rivers!
Bettina was a wonderful host! She has such an amazing property. Everything is thoughtfully done in the guesthouse. She was very communicative and accurate with her description of the property and access. The kids loved seeing all the fruit trees on the property. They also spent a night watching the beautiful sky on the chaise chairs provided. Like I mentioned earlier, everything is thought out including blankets to sit out watch the stars, essentials in the kitchen etc. We enjoyed our stay at Bettina's farm along with the fresh pear, lemon and Lavender she shared with us!We stayed at this property to visit Sequoia National park. It was a very short drive to the Entrance / Visitor center from the guesthouse.
Very inviting and relaxing place to stay very close to Sequioa National Park entrance. Cows were our neighbors. I love it. There was a cute baby bunny that hung around and Bettina left us delicious plums to eat.
We had a great stay at Bettina's property and really appreciated all of the little things that she did to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She even went out of her way to ensure that my kids had a great experience while we were there. Thanks Bettina!

Beautiful, peaceful, amazing!
My wife’s and my one-week stay was simply amazing. The space offered lots of room, comfort, had a rustic feel, and gave incredible views of the surrounding farm and mountains. Bettina was an absolute joy to meet and was very welcoming and attentive. Fantastic location to visit the Sequoia National Forest. If I could I would give my stay six out of five stars!
We had a very nice stay here while visiting the national park. The cottage is close to the entrance of Sequoia, and it was a nice place to relax after a busy day. We were going to be arriving pretty late the first day, and the owner was easy to communicate with. She left lights on, and made it easy for us to find the place. She was very kind, and picked us some fresh fruits from the property. I would recommend this property.
Adorable property with the excellent access to Sequoia national park. The miniature donkeys, Dixie and Cody, and mustang, Bayboy, were my daughter's best friends for the week. What a special treat! The owner was wonderful, very easy to communicate with, and answered/solved all of our questions and problems. Would definitely stay here again!
Our 8-day stay at Bettina’s organic farm was stellar. We were initially attracted by the emphasis on sustainability and wildlife (Bettina has an impressive bird list), and our actual experience surpassed even our highest expectations. Bettina was gracious and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Her advice on best places to visit in the parks was spot on. We saw about 22 species of birds, some of which were on Bettina’s property (we especially enjoyed seeing the Great Blue Heron and Great Egret at the pond, and the Anna’s Hummingbirds and bees on her flowers). Added to the birds were some 8 species of mammals, including several sightings of bears in the parks and in Three Rivers. Seeing the giant sequoias was a humbling experience! It was a great vacation that we hope we can repeat at some point.
We loved our stay at the cozy cabin! Of primary importance, all of the beds (and pillows) were very comfortable and each of us slept well. The home was charming, and we really enjoyed our stay. Heat worked well; loved the little separator door between the bedrooms and the living section of the house. Plenty of hooks by the entrance for jackets or wet things. Bettina went above and beyond with fresh fruit from her trees, helpful guidance about the park & local restaurants, and she graciously made it possible for us to visit with some nearby donkeys, horses, and other animals. She is able to unobtrusively add to the enjoyment of the stay and we are glad we chose her property (and met her!). We cooked light breakfast daily. My kiddo enjoyed exploring the property, and the stars, birds, and crickets were all lovely additions. We would stay again without hesitation.

We Loved the Farmhouse!
My family and I stayed at the farmhouse during our trip to Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. The house was very comfortable, and the owner, Bettina, was very hospitable. She shared her home, books, toys, garden, and animals with us, and even took the time to answer the many questions that my kids (2 and 5) had even though she was a very busy lady. My kids loved the farm so much that they begged to take days off from visiting the parks so they could stay with the animals. They loved feeding grass and hay to the horse and donkeys; they had "Buddy" the dog accompany them everywhere; they said "hi" to the rooster, hen, cats, and ducks often; and my son loved picking strawberries, tomatoes, and greens from the garden. The little splash pool behind the house kept them cool in the summer heat, and the outdoor bathtub was fun for them and allowed for easy cleanup.
The house was well-stocked with all the essentials we needed; it was close to the entrance of Sequoia National Park; and there were many restaurants, as well as a well-stocked grocery store nearby. We all really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again someday.....my son keeps asking if we can just go to visit the farm sometimes even if we are not going on vacation, and my daughter plays "farm" with her animals, who all now have the same names as those on Bettina's farm. :) Thanks Bettina!
Amazing, warm and cozy. Many accommodations, games, farm, ducks, horses, donkeys...super comfy beds. Everything you need. Close to Sequoia and many hiking trails with free roaming horses and waterfalls.
Thank you for letting us enjoy your gem!
Great place to stay for visiting Sequoia National Park
This place is perfect for escaping from urban life! We got to stargazing right in front of the house. The house is also super close to Sequoia National Park so we don't have to wake up earlier to get into the park.
It's a little farm. Rustic Wooden home. Clean and warm with Old rooms with character. Nice front porch to drink wine on and look at the full moon that lights up the valley of hills in front of you. To the side of the house is an open field with 100 head of cattle grazing. Two donkey and a horse are on property to entertain you. Will go back again for sure.
